    I think I’ll go with the 22L version from your other video. The way that the zippers to the main and side compartments on both bags made me make the decision for the 22L the correct one based on my needs.
    Thanks for the detailed videos

    I know it falls under the 200 mark, but I think the Osprey Farpoint is an awesome pack for One Bag Travel, that has a good harness system, and is very minimal.

    Hey Danny. Thanks for the video. One suggestion. While you’re reviewing a bag, if you could put a banner on the bottom that tells which bag you’re talking about- the entire video length. I like to “screenshot” things I am interested in and the name of the bag always in the screen would help. I hope this is helpful. Thanks, Dean

    Hi Danny,
    Nice video!
    Can’t believe I have 7 out of the 10 packs you mentioned here. Missing the Goruck GR2, Apaka Element, and Tom Bihn Synik 30.
    I would add the Heimplanet Transit 34l, Moment new Weekender 28l, Matador Globerider 45l, and Wandrd Prvke 41l. Both Heimplanet and Moment have been understated and I used them more than I thought I would have expected. Wandrd is missing load lifters but have comfortable shoulder straps.
    Evergoods CTB 35l and PD packs have bad shoulder straps that start to dig in when the load out is heavy and walking in international airports terminals that are super long. PD is the worst and deep inside my storage of many packs. They should fix this in the v2. Otherwise well made with good organizations.

      Thank you for watching and sounds like you have a pretty awesome lineup! Good call outs on the matador and moment bags, hoping to feature them on the channel soon as well!:)

    Thank you for covering all of these great bags! I held my nose when I first ordered a Synik 30, but I trused the greater community on how great that it is. When I opened it, I loved the color, but it was as flast as a pancake, and I thought I had made a big mistake. After a few months of use, it has become my favorite bag!

    • @928ruf
      @928ruf Год назад +1

      @@brochgThey are shipping, but the shipping company they are working with was so expensive and having as well to pay local taxes and commission (on these taxes) to the shipping company is adding almost 150 USD on a Synik backpack. This extra cost is usually limited to 20-30 USD when working with an European shop.

    I'm absolutely stuck between the AER TP3, Tortuga, and GR2 for long-term one bag travel. You're reviews are so good, you sold all three to me. Any thoughts?

    • @dannypacks
      @dannypacks  Месяц назад +1

      Thank you for watching and definitely a tough choice between the 3! A couple of things to consider, the tortura opens like a suitcase vs the Goruck and aer bags which open more clamshell. Comfort wise I think tortura has the edge especially since you can adjust the harness height to what suits you best. Goruck will be the most rugged material wise but the other 2 are still really well built. Laptop protection is pretty good on all but I think aer is a little better than the other two. Besides that it comes down to packing style and which pocketing might suit you best

    • @ChronicSurfer
      @ChronicSurfer Месяц назад

      @@dannypacks Thanks Danny! I think I'm crossing the Goruck off my list due to weight and lack of comfort; now deciding between AER Ultra and Tortuga, but Pakt looks nice too. How has the Pakt V2 held up? If you had to pick one bag, what's your go to?

    I have this problem every time I travel, it seems I'm always having to walk like over a mile from the time I get off the plane to my destination. For me, if it's a 40L backpack, it better have a good hip belt system. Especially for the prices their asking for these.
    I've noticed a lot of these bags do not have them or have just a strap.
    That's not going to cut it for me.

    • @dannypacks
      @dannypacks  9 месяцев назад

      Thank you for watching and definitely a fair point for bags of that size! Agree it would be good for them to include a real hip belt vs a simple strap

    • @dannypacks
      @dannypacks  10 месяцев назад

      Thank you for watching and definitely a tough choice! Both are great overall, I think the ballistic nylon still feels a little more rugged and I like that it doesn’t have the orange interior, but if you want some additional weather resistance or you prefer the orange lining than the xpac is probably the way to go
