    For all new players checking out this guy’s video hoping to improve your game: BEWARE. He speaks in a way that makes him sound like he knows what he’s talking about, but his advice is very inconsistent and he contradicts himself a lot. If you want to get better at Unite, stick with Spragels and Crisheroes

      you'll never know whatever will happen on a match until it happens, every situation is different, for this reason a guide cannot cover all aspects of every situation. take this guide as general advice in certain situations anyway. besides that i get the impression you're being subjective based on your comment, although it's true that there are times when he contradicts himself, it cannot be denied that most of his guides offer something of value. personally, i've learned a thing or two from unite climbing with his videos and he has helped me understand things i was doing wrong or how to correctly play a role that i'm not very familiar with. This same argument can be made for spragels and crisheroes, as i said before, unite climbing has teached me more about unite than crisheroes or spragels and even when i do watch their videos. both also happen to focus more on posting games than making guides these days, so there's that too ig. i'd rather have you offer constructive criticism to help him make even better guides if you think unite climbing isn't doing a good job

    I think this video illustrates an important point: games are won and lost not in the spectacular plays, like 50 point score dives, but in the far less glamorous basics of defense, timing and positioning. I think showcasing this sort of bread-and-butter game play is important for those who don't know a lot about the game (and especially for those who think they do).
    I also like that you show how to handle situations when things don't go according to plan. High-skill streamers often showcase flawless gameplay, perhaps as a well-intentioned effort to show what you should be doing. But often, (especially for most of the rest of us), things just don't go the way we want. Knowing what to do when things go sideways can win more games than knowing what the perfect run should look like.
    Thanks for your contributions to the Unite community. Keep it up.

      whenever things go south in my path in early game i resort to abandon my base and go farm cause i know being a lv4 ralts won't be enough to force the 3 guys at my base to retreat after my partner has died. moments like this make me want to get some kind of resource to be able to actually defend my base and not get brute forced because the enemies have higher stats than me, this reminds me that lately enemies like to stay in your base more time than usual after a gank

      tilting is bad anyway. a match of unite is only 10 minutes compared to the 30+ of other mobas, tilting on a 10 minute match and staying at base creates a bad experience for everyone else in the team, with that being said... of course imma be upset when i get demoted from a losing streak and to add salt to the injury my m2x throws our advantage by ripping ray alone, gets ambushed, loses ray and dies💀

    I have a problem against enemies going straight to score at the start of the game. It's almost impossible to stop them, even with me and my lane partner attacking them, they'll just score and often walk away... Was hoping to see something about it in this vid aside from (use someone great early game). great tips nonetheless though

    • @darkSide262
      @darkSide262 11 месяцев назад +9

      The way to stop them is not to kill them. Although some mons can do that very well, or if your partner helps.
      But its always better to try and secure your farm so they get nothing. Meanwhile you are full hp from being in your pad and they are being chipped away. Soon they will retreat and you can follow with your partner.

    • @LukeMacfarlane-ps8yp
      @LukeMacfarlane-ps8yp 11 месяцев назад +3

      Darkside makes a good point, but it's also important to understand that most players will die for stacks even though its basically inting, don't over extend and sacrifice farm, but be aware of those who are wanting stacks and start attacking before they get to your goal zone. If you can start hitting them before they get close to your goal zone, you can usually get the kill. Another thing that helps with this is having a good lane combo, having a teammate who can cc helps you get that early kill without overextending. Sometimes they get away, but that's ok, you can still get ahead by clearing your farm faster. And lastly, the xp from scoring scales real fast. If they score less than 10 points, the xp they get is way less than what you can get from farm. Stay chill and get the kill

    • @Towelie42O
      @Towelie42O 11 месяцев назад +8

      U can't actually stop someone from scoring a very small amount of points. Like 5 or fewer points. In the time it takes for it to fully charge the score button and get the score off, ur basic attacks can't interrupt in time. Most of the time, these ppl coming to score in the start are trying to stack items up. Examples would be like attack weight, Aoe's cookie, etc. The best thing u can do is chip them down so they either panic and waste resources or make sure u get the last hit on ur farm. The last hit is important against these players bc if they get the last hit, they'll get another 5 points to score again, allowing for them to stack further, increasing their stats. Literally, my best tip (since I mostly play aggressively and stacking) is play patient, let them get the stack if u can't stop it, secure ur farm, and chip them down slowly to make them back off. If ur lane partner doesn't help u, good luck stopping this player. Teamwork is required, in my opinion. Certain pokemon have better kits to handle these types of playstyles from ur opponent, but if ur not playing one or ur lane partner isn't, it's gonna be somewhat difficult to stop. Especially against someone skilled at stacking.
      End the end, don't focus on the player coming in to score 3-5 points, stop him from trying to take ur farm. That's the strategy (if this makes any sense)
      Have a great day, and I'm sorry for the book, lol :)

      Mimikyu usually goes top path, especially if you're running attack weight or aeos cookie on him.
      And Blastoise, depends on the set. If its Water spout Rapin spin, you go top (especially if running spcl attk stacking specs) and Hydro pump Surf set is good in either lane.
