Very informative video! Thanks for sharing the knowledge! Just one note: I think you shouldn't level your skill past 10, shown when displaying your skill set (1:27 etc). That would only increase the damage and MP cost of those skills. Support doesn't need to do damage and it would only make the MP problem of bards even worse. Unless something has changed in tier 4 and you have to level them up past 10. If that's the case, ignore this comment lol
Leveling skills past 10 does not increase their Mana cost, so it isn't a negative, but yes, it doesn't do much more than keeping them at Level 10. It's a habit I picked up when I had to do the PvP mechanic in Thaemine Gate 3, but it doesn't matter anymore. It's just cosmetic XD
hey there, this voice is much better and clear to understand very good improvement on voice also editing is also quite well with memes and character actions, good video in general
Glad you liked it :) I unlocked it this week and I'm trying many different things out to get a good feel, and yeah, I plan to update it for Ark Passive once I understand it better !
Thank you sooooooo much. I have been asking some friends for my new bard from ignite and more or less they say "just do this" or "just use those skills" without actually explaining to me why. So I was so lost and trying to learn everything by myself. This guide really helps a lot. Now I can practice and improve all thanks to you. (On a side note, do I call you Lune-senpai or Lune-sensei uwu ? )
We have a lot of Weapon Power in Tier 4 now so the Advance set doesn't give a significant boost to damage. On really strong characters it is currently worse than Luminary, and it will only keep becoming worse as we progress into Tier 4. On top of that, Luminary gives cooldown reduction which is very valuable, so it is the best set to use. Bard using a lot of Mana is unfortunately something you will have to get used to. You can try Conviction/Judgement, Focus Runes and MP Tripods, MP elixir lines, MP Bracelet lines and Mana food. If all of that isn't enough, you are out of luck. it's a common issue with Bard sadly.
never been a support main, i just brought my ignite char bard to the main server. What do you recommend LWC 24 or YHAP 30? and anytips to get to LWC30 cause I recently just got LOS30 with the free 5 selectors.
Hi hi, LWC24 should be better as it's 2% Holy Damage compared to YHAP30's 1.5% as long as all the DPS in your team are running LOS. The Card System simply sucks. You can get some help completing it from horizontal content like Rapport nad Ignea Tokens but eventually you just need to get lucky with your cards or get enough selectors. Challenge Abyssal content can help with that. Maybe. Thankfully, the damage you lose isn't as crazy as it used to be, and hopefully you can tolerate that for a little longer.
Do you know which icon display priority do I need to set as high so my AP buff, identity, also magick stream, is shown as first thing in my icon? Because I've been trying to figure that out for a while and it's stressing me out and can't really find it.
I was hesitant to add this to my video ! Here is what I use : imgur.com/a/0fmSmfj It's a setup that works well for DPS and Support, which was important for me because I play both and I don't want to change settings. You can also put Identity related buffs at High priority if you like. I think one what's important to realize with these Buff priorities is that you don't want to make everything High priority because then they will have no priority.
@@lune0808 Thank you. I only play supports so it was a bit challenging for me to find it 'cause when i went from 1 support to another it showed up really different. I'll definitely try this one out & thank you for sharing it.
Talking about branding, I am still hella confused how am I still having 80-90% brand uptime even with 2 brand skills, While seeing my friend has more than me. I tried so hard to stay close with boss and team yet I still lost kek. Is dps in teams affecting brand percentage also?
DPS shouldn't affect your Brand percentage, as long as you are branding the boss as much as your team is hitting it. Here are a few things that could be giving you trouble: * Maybe your skills are getting interrupted. That happens if you get hit while casting a skill without Paralysis Immunity, it's very important on Bard to avoid this because you don't have much Paralysis. * Maybe you aren't casting your secondary Brand at the right time. When you replace Harp, you need to use your secondary Brand because Harp has a long setup time. * Maybe you don't place Harp too often, and the boss moves out of its range. Ideally, try to place Harp between the center of the map and the boss, and this will make it more likely for the boss to stay within range. If that isn't enough, you could go compare your own gameplay with what I do in my videos and try to see if there's anything you are doing differently.
Still waiting for this class to get something other than an extra bubble, having to play with 2 brands, lacking either Des or Stag is just awful design when raids are plagued with those mechs and we won't touch the MP issues with different builds
Its just build from 3 years ago .This build from eatly Voltan on relise. this build have almost 2 times less identity generation and do not have stagger .Yes its braindead build for beginers. Bard was reworked . Harp and Shock must be replased. Both brand skills must be reaplased for 100% uptime and a lot more identity generation. bard need 7lvl CD gems and 1750swift to have it. To just compare . Proper build and rotation give 1 string (1 identity bar)every 12 second. Thats meast ~40% uptime 3 strings buffs . How much build from Video can offer in comparing ?
If you look at my channel you will see I have around 60% Serenade for challenging content and around 70-75% for homework :) Not sure I understand everything you said but I hope that helps !
Harp+sound shock is very based and MUST be used on every bard at the begining. The moment they start to think that they are really good at the raid, they can try to replace it by something else by exchanging comfort+stability for more efficiency, but from my expirience 95% support i see don't meet "really good" requirement.
@@nikosgavrilidi4923 It Must be Sonatina 1/3/2 + Stigma 3/2/2. with out any others chooses like harp or shock. for beginers it can be Note bundle isted of one of this. Shock is mana hungry, harp not stable on most encounters.
