I tried the same type of cart. Worked OK with a very small load but going down hills, the front axle turns and then it tips over easily. If the wheels turned and not the axle, it might have a chance of working for me.

Hello did you continue using this style cart? I need a cart for carrying premier 1 electric fence because it always trips me
