Facts Im young man and learned from many older men. Women rarely do much for men, but some way some how men are willing to go above and beyond for groups of people who do little to nothing for them but complain and leech, to the point of being willing to accept death so that the woman could live over them. You are correct. 100%. Because that’s exactly what I have done to people who have crossed me or turned their backs on me when they knew that I was innocent. Or took my good nature as a sign of weakness. I have done it to family members as well as men and women outside of my family. Females have tried to play games with me. Or when they can’t receive something from me they, they leave me alone. I have been told that I was a hard Man to read. That I was mysterious. And that works to my advantage. They can’t tell if I’m joking or serious.
I think the main reason I get detached is because I'm very comfortable with myself and find it hard to be someone else's happiness. If they can't be happy with themselves it's a turn off and I get distant

It's usually alpha men who criticize women, not sigmas. That's not to say that sigmas don't notice the wrongs, but they are not likely to point fingers at others and victimize themselves. Sigmas are solution oriented, they will either successfully adapt to being alone without the bitterness or improve their chances of meeting and attracting one of a kind woman.

Be cool with us, or just reasonable and you'll get that back and more every time. We're not into bullsh*t and drama. We won't for the most part give it back and go around and around with it. We just won't play the game and will move on from you. We're not cold uncaring people, we're just not going to be pushovers for bullsh*t, and unlike many alphas, we're not going to fight with someone in a setup where the prize for winning is still more bullsh*t. That's true of our relationships with women, but also friends, business relationships, jobs etc. For ladies: If you need a simp, we're not your man. If you need a master dom or daddy figure, we're not your man. If you need an equal who repay loyalty with loyalty and take the journey as far as you want, that's where sigmas shine.
And you found out the pecking order was quite different from the maxims that should've prevailed in those school age years. We are born, not made into. You're 100% correct. A Sigma finding his true counterpart in a woman is a magical meeting. The problem Sigmas face after the inevitable divorce is that the right woman out there stayed married to their husband. It's just barren wastelands out there these days....
And a lot of expectations to handle. We have to take care of our own if we are to be loved by others differently than we expect being loved by the ones who hurt us.

Using Occam's razor, if the interactions take from you peace, you are dealing with an agent of chaos. It seems to me that women only offer chaos effortlessly and order is unnatural to them. No matter how "good" she may seem, the moment she becomes joined to you, intrusive thoughts are always plaguing her to give you something to fight to keep her. If you dont fight for the relationship ie end it as soon as she brings chaos, you'll soon discover that you are constantly dating to end up letting them go so it is better not to bother at all. It's been nice to understand sigma's because I have been with two previous men in my life. First one was an alpha, and the second one was.... anybody's guess. Watching a few sigma videos has enlightened me to the fact that I am a sigma woman. My current love is a sigma and we are more than happy to sit in each others company for hours every day. We both need our alone time, but we also don't feel pressured by the others presence whatsoever. Very long intellectual and spiritual conversations that just feel like an ongoing dialogue we are having for the rest of our lives. Lots of creativity and exchanging of ideas and possibilities. Deep appreciation of our individuality and just enjoying who the other person actually is. It is a delight. I worked construction for over a decade and became a certified carpenter. I have been around men a lot, but always felt disconnected from the majority of women. I have realized my close circle of female friends are all also sigma's. I simply don't understand the requirements that are heavily laid upon me by the social hierarchy of the majority. I don't need to control others, nor do I look to be controlled.

At 54, divorced for 24 years. I've grown content and comfortable without a relationship. Being in a relationship has completely fallen off my priority list. Even when I get the urge to date, I become lazy and uninterested and, most of the time choose a sports game on tv, a steak, and cold beer versus the headache of trying to impress a female. I'm alone... definitely not lonely. My thoughts on women are similar to a Uhaul truck, I'd much rather rent one when needed than own it.

It's completely normal to lose interest or detach from community groups if you feel like nothing is being done. Sometimes it's just not the right fit for you, and that's okay. It's important to find communities where you feel engaged and motivated.

It's been nice to understand sigma's because I have been with two previous men in my life. First one was an alpha, and the second one was.... anybody's guess. Watching a few sigma videos has enlightened me to the fact that I am a sigma woman. My current love is a sigma and we are more than happy to sit in each others company for hours every day. We both need our alone time, but we also don't feel pressured by the others presence whatsoever.
Very long intellectual and spiritual conversations that just feel like an ongoing dialogue we are having for the rest of our lives. Lots of creativity and exchanging of ideas and possibilities. Deep appreciation of our individuality and just enjoying who the other person actually is. It is a delight.
I worked construction for over a decade and became a certified carpenter. I have been around men a lot, but always felt disconnected from the majority of women. I have realized my close circle of female friends are all also sigma's. I simply don't understand the requirements that are heavily laid upon me by the social hierarchy of the majority. I don't need to control others, nor do I look to be controlled.
Having peace of mind and quiet is number one and anyone that has a problem being alone usually don't like themselves😮

At 54, divorced for 24 years. I've grown content and comfortable without a relationship. Being in a relationship has completely fallen off my priority list. Even when I get the urge to date, I become lazy and uninterested and, most of the time choose a sports game on tv, a steak, and cold beer versus the headache of trying to impress a female. I'm alone... definitely not lonely. My thoughts on women are similar to a Uhaul truck, I'd much rather rent one when needed than own it.

Recently found out I am a Sigma Male. It explained a LOT!
Not sure that I'm a sigma, not actually sure what the hell I am, but since my latest split I'm realising I really don't want to go through anymore relationship dramas and admittedly I take partial blame for the dramas, I just can't seem to maintain a steady relationship, I just don't think I'm cut out for it, it always becomes too expensive financially, and emotionally and it basically saps my enthusiasm. I'm now almost 60, I'm comfortable being alone I always have had a preference for my own space and time to do my own thing, of course that could all change if Amanda Holden gives me a bell.....All the best to all out there, being alone is a great opportunity.

I've always thought that I'm a sigma. I've always behaved like that and I think girls treated me like that too. Of course 15-20 years ago I didn't know what is that. Now I'm married (almost 10 years) with little kids and I think my life is really great. But my mindset haven't changed yet...If I had to date again(I dont want that at all) I would do 100% sigma things. Can I be sigma and married at the same time?

Am 31 years old and never have been in relationshit, and because am living in egypt, i had a very hard problem to understand myself, i always had a reason to not be in relationshit with every woman i like, and i feel detached when i sense a single typical woman want to be in control or not treated with respect... women here need a man who can shout to them and only depend on them for money, i feel also detached from that kind of mentality, specially when someone is not creative with with their thoughts or what they are about to say and usually comes in a religious way. Am anti-religion and i see even religious women are not qualified to make a family. that's why i have never been in relationshit since i was born. And yes am not afraid of being alone and the society when ask me if am looking for wife or want to be married, and when i say no, they look at me like am a weird person. Being a alpha /sigma I have no problem being dominant over others now that i seen this
I noticed I detached from community groups, etc if I find nothing is really being done or I just lose interest. Been doing this for years, but never knew why
It's completely normal to lose interest or detach from community groups if you feel like nothing is being done. Sometimes it's just not the right fit for you, and that's okay. It's important to find communities where you feel engaged and motivated.
The biggest things that make me turn in a moment is when the shaming game starts...at that point I don't even say good bye. When I shut the door the door is shut
