- With his woods overrun with muntjac and roe, Roy has a go at a deerstalking treble. It’s the last knockings of the roebuck rut and the animals are still coming to the call. Meanwhile, Ollie Williams tries out a new big game hunting experience on his doorstep in Cornwall. He goes spearfishing with Mat Coombe. And news correspondent Deborah Hadfield visits a wildfowling club that has had the horror of a wildfire on its marsh. She finds out how wildfowling clubs and lowland gamekeepers are following the lead from upland gamekeepers and taking charge of fire prevention in the countryside. I'm a field sports member and haven't bothered watching for several months now. had a quick look at the game fair edition dipped in to have a quick look this week sadly same old faces same old recycled content occasionally the news has something of interest in might be time to do one show every two weeks to try and get better content and a bit longer program to really get invested in.
I have to agree , it’s boring and it needs something changing drastically

Unfortunately raw sewage being dumped is happening all over especially around Hayling Island where it’s trapped in the harbour area , water company fined millions but it still happens regularly, like going back in time over 100 years
as of this morning the alerts covered most of the south coast due to "heavy rain"! 400,000 leaks reported in 2020-2021 they were fined 90million and It clearly made no difference!
In Belgium to, and it happens every year again. There is always one company that dumps their trash in the canals with a massive number of fish dying. So sad to see that our government doesn't care for fish.

What's happened to Fieldsports Ireland and Jason Doyle, he did some great content. Lots of walked up/pigeon shooting, fly fishing etc. That bit where they went stalking and camped out was great.
I think you need to get a bit of stuff in that's relevant to the average Joe, as much as I like the odd driven boar episode. The one I loved was the Paul Childerley walked up section with the old paper case cartridges, maybe you could get Nick Ridley involved 🤷♂️
