The most capable minis are the countryman models. Don't know why they get so much hate, good fuel, comfortable for 4 people! And capable on 90% of all terrain. I love my 2016 S model kicks ass in 20 cm of snow
I found a 2015 Countryman S for $20k with only 46,000 miles on it. I graduate on Saturday and am going to go buy it for myself on Monday, which also happens to be my birthday. Can't wait to slap some AT Tires on that baby and have a blast.
@@NewAgeNomad93 very nice 😊 Just make sure all service has been properly maintained. Cause the reason mini's are said to be unreliable is because of owners who don't maintain them. Also tip: if you plan to keep it for few years like myself, BMW will attempt to screw you over with certain warranty items. (Also reason why mini's do not last cause BMW tells the owners BS so when they break you have to pay them more) Make sure to change Transmission fluid around 110'000 Km. Buy transmission fluid from Mini themselves then take bottle to a shop that specializes in European vehicles. Much cheaper than having it done at dealership. Also oil changes i take my car to Canadian Tire which is canadians, the dealership will charge you like 90$ per oil change.
What is your average fuel consumption? Has it increased with the increased height? Suspension stock? This has the 1.6 Peugeot Diesel engine? It doesn’t seem like a 2.0 diesel. Sorry for the many questions!

I have the S version. I'd be afraid of sucking water up into the turbo! The intakes are right next to the fog lights.
Update! I have since learned that those are not turbo air intakes on the bumper, but brake cooling ducts. Carry on.
