    Thank you for this and for adding wrist strengthening! Many hands free classes don't add strengthening.

    I recently hurt my wrist so this is a perfectly timed upload!! I’ve been missing my yoga practice so it was great to find something a bit more challenging while still resting my wrist ☺️

    I love this class so much. I love handstands and armbalances but my wrist are sore atm. This class makes me feel strong and happy. It feels like the perfect class for recharging and building strength. Thank you so much Liv! Namaste

    Honestly, today was awful, I felt really down because of the circumstances but when I opened youtube and found you uploaded a new flow, I felt much better.       Lol I’m not sure if you meant this as a joke or not but a 20 minute class in handstand would be quite challenging 😂😂 If you actually gave ankle issues and looking for something to help, let me know what your ankle can’t do and I’ll see if I can create a relevant class!

      @@Livinleggings Ha! 😂 I was kidding about a non-ankle workout, especially as I cannot do a handstand at all! Though I did manage a headstand this week thanks to your class on same... first time I've done one in 30 years, probably!
      That said I do in fact have major problems with my ankles. Repeated high school sports injuries plus time have left me with serious damage, particularly in my left ankle. Basically the tendons and ligaments do not function at their best and so occasionally (generally a time or two per yoga session) the bone in my leg will rub against a bone in my ankle causing extreme, sharp pain. I also have plantar fasciitis (foot issue resulting in pain in the heel) so my feet/ankles are just generally a mess! The poses I most often have trouble with are warrior and anything in a lunge position; leaning forward (I think the technical term is dorsiflexion?) while simultaneously putting weight on the joint will frequently result in the bones rubbing, and so I end up having to fall (safely) to the side and reset. If you have any poses you think I could work on to try to increase stability around this issue that would be amazing! Thanks Liv!
