The sub stat rolls on the external components "cheat sheet" is incorrect. You can't get HP, Shield, and DEF as a sub stat for all pieces.

Name one game where vote kick hasn't been abused. Actually you can't. But shortening the afk timer to a reasonable degree is valid.
I understand the idea, I think shorter afk timer would be better. When outrider had a kick system, it was abused. I was a devastator class (Tank). In harder content I was reviving the whole team during this 20 min mission. And as soon as the final boss was killed. I would be kicked before receiving loot. This was very frustrating. It was extremely hard to get legendary as that class because people would use you to stay alive but then at the end kick you before getting the loot. This happened to many devastator classes. This was a known issue so the developers got rid of this feature of the game.

I personally don't trust a vote kick because the nonsense of dealing with it people kicking at the end of the boss or something similar like I had that happen in other games and still annoying to think about
I personally don't care if someone afk in a dungeon just help at the boss area but I could always just leave

I don’t even mind AFK farmers, a lot of the time people are dismantling their loot and seeing what’s good or not. It really doesn’t bother me, is it really that big of a deal? Some people maybe need a break but don’t wanna miss out. Again that’s just me and if anyone wanted to afk farm from me I wouldnt care. Maybe different for some games but not this one since the missions take next to no effort
It seems to be the toxic section of the community, I had some guy literally blow up on me in game because I wasn’t moving at the start of the mission, I went to get some water and bathroom break, I came back to 5 hate messages and him literally saying “I will find you”, I came back and immediately caught up and killed everything (playing my bunny), once I noticed the messages I was a bit freaked and blocked him
People for some reason feel that they are being harmed or cheated if someone appears afk, and in this case I ended up doing most of the work for the mission in the end.

It’s a shame you had to experience that, I’ve seen a fair share of toxicity in the community myself and i get great satisfaction of humiliating/humbling them 😂 literally seen players bully others because of the character they use or for being too weak instead of encouraging them. It’s sad man, I do my best to help others. Don’t see the point in sh*tting on someone When they’re struggling or can’t farm solo and need to tag along from time to time to get better gear or whatever. It’s just a game at the end of the day

I don't see the problem with afk farming in normal dungeons as 9 time out of 10 a bunny is happy to full clear till boss. However any other form of missions I'd a no.
60+ hours in still have yet to see anyone "afk farming" sure someone might take a couple minutes dismantling and changing some of their gear but they're not afk and they come back to help. Patience is rare apparently.
Their mainly in the defense missions but I agree I once had to go add modules after getting my kyle because I forgot to equip them luckily everyone had it covered

Problem is about participating properly. Please don't forget that game stutters and freezes randomly for lots of players due to lack of optimizations. Happens to me as well =/

I went to a operation run where i can't fight at all with Bunny killing everything in sight i can join mission through the terminal to get loot and exp

SAME! I started up matchmaking and went for a bathroom break and then grabbed a drink, by the time I got back I had 5 hate messages the guy saying “I will find you” it’s getting insane how people get so crazy if you are afk for a tiny bit
How about they remove the 8 times squad revival thing. And just give 2 to each player. And if you died 2 times you get booted or you get in a limbo/waiting/spectating screen. But there is also a station here that has also 2 recovery possibilities where a player that still lives can choose to summon the died player(s) again (a bit like fortnite bus thing). So if someone was grabbing a bite or the doorbell rang or something and died two times in that time... your friends can still get you back.. But if it's an AFK farmer you can actually choose not to get them back and they will not get any loot/rewards.
dont know if itwas just good RNG or not but got a few Hp Collector modules in about a half an hour in The Shelter(Normal) mission on Vesper while grinding ultimate bunny
Lets say if i use a catalyst on a lvl 54 tamer, will a different lvl 100 benefit from thst catalyst? Or if you upgrade slot dpaces in one tamer will the ither tamers will have that extra space as well? Thx and nice vid
Lvl doesn't matter, all it does it make mods matching it's symbol cost half, your gun does need to be max proficiency to do so.
Giving players the ability to kick always gets abused, always. People will kick other people for no reason and just because.
Having a AFK timer is also a tricky thing because for instance, the majority of missions can be completed in a minute or two.
Also, there are descendants, specifically bunny, that are AOE farming machines. I have already often joined into a mission or dungeon instance or whatever… And I cannot get a single kill because the bunny/bunnies are killing everything faster than I can do anything.
They just have a descendent with a build that prevents me from participating even though I desire to.
Now, if they make the AFK timer, just one where all you have to do is move around …. Well I guess it’s just a matter of what is the timing threshold of that?
Is much trickier in this game to deal with then in a game such as Warzone or halo where you have extended gameplay loops with a certain amount of time where you can easily confirm AFK/non-participating players.
But in the first descendent with its farming game structure, and playable characters that allow for speedy gameplay loops… It is much more difficult.
I think the best answer is not involving a player kick button or a AFK timer but instead letting the player decide for themselves.
So if you’re with friends, it doesn’t matter if a AFK player joins. if you’re doing the mission solo, AFK player doesn’t change that.
Until a AFK player has the ability to hinder your gameplay loop or prevent rewards… It’s ultimately irrelevant.
That’s not to say it’s not annoying when you see it… But it’s not hindering you .
So you can either continue to do the mission solo or with friends as you already intended…. Or you can acknowledge the presence of a AFK player and simply fail the mission and do it over again which probably won’t take you long anyway, but give you the pleasure and knowing that the AFK player is not getting rewarded. 🤷♂️
But do not give players a kick button .
And do not implement a AFK timer with a game structure that allows for fast farming with ridiculously fast farming characters.
6:18 I agree the multipliers on items should be removed in place of a quantity select. If it was a static increase in time like let’s say if it’s 5min for 1 then it should be 10min for 2… so on and so forth. Unfortunately there are some items (weapon adjustment) where you can make 20 in 10mins but 48 (nearly double) takes 5hrs?

Also a bug on the defeat 10 hard mode boss. Was supposed to give a catalyst but it didn’t give anything. Looked it up and other people including me didn’t receive it. This fucking game man, how is this even a bug. And they aren’t even addressing this.

i have a better suggestion - or an additive - an afk CheckPoint timer. Unable to progress to the next freed up checkpoint in less than 2 minutes? kick warning. No interaction? kick. (i feel like 2 minutes is fair to collect loot and progress)

We need cheaper energy activators lol its probably about £25. For one? I used to get orokin reactors and forma was dirt cheap in warframe. £25 is like 10x the price... insane

Great video but that component cheat sheet is wrong. Sensor and processor can’t roll hp or def as a secondary stat. Farmed in a 4 man group for 4 hours last night and not a single one of us had one drop with hp or def in secondary stat.

were you in hard mode? saw someone say hardmode has a set drop table that rotates weekly, maybe defense or health isn't on them this week?
@@Katastra_ yes, and they rotate weekly but for components it 2 of the 4 each week all rolls possible on those 2 pieces each week
vote kick can only be used first minute of the run. Simple fix.
i wish that they would also fix how certain descendants have horrible or broken scaling with modules. Jayber is a good example of this because it says his abilities scale with skill power, meanwhile in testing, they actually don't scale at all, or one of his skills being his gun turrent only scaling with Dimension power. since he seemingly doesn't scale with skill power, u cant even properly use his passive or buff his healing turret

I do NOT recommend combines modes for a particular mod just do it to gamble on whatever but if you are looking for hp collector or whatever farm the dedicated source I farmed MP collector yesterday took 9 hours at a 3.5% chance but I got it

Are these people your talking about actually AFK farming in groups, OR is it more the case of other characters like Bunny, who spread a Huge AOE around that they kill everything And leave nothing for the other players who may not be using the OP AOE spreading characters.

I’ll be honest I have been a afk farmer only because the rng is trash. After 20 tries for a 20% item I stopped putting in effort
20 tries? I've played monster hunter for 10 years now? You know how many weeks it takes to get a rathalos ruby? Only to get it randomly when helping a friend
Took me about 25 tries to get a Freya part, and then I got a 3% drop for ult bunny first try, it's just about luck, sometimes you win, sometimes you loose. It's like shiny hunting on Pokémon, it's about that dopamine you get when the thing you're looking for finally drop
