You should do a grass fire and water starter of every remaining type combo. Each of the 3 hasn't been mixed in a starter with 10 of the 15 remaining types.
I love secretary birds, Pixiete is such a slay, she IS the moment - also using enchanting to punish stuff like U-turn, rapid spin and knock off sounds disgustingly good
When I saw I got an honorable mention I was so excited. I may not have had a winning entry but just getting a nod from PragMagik like this was such a delight! This was such a fun contest to participate in, and I hope you do more like it in the future!

As a ghost type connoisseur, I have seen too many soul collecting ghost types. Maybe instead of reaping souls, Shadonce punishes the souls of those who have sinned until it deems them worthy to pass on. Or maybe he judges souls and condemns them to wandering the Earth endlessly or passing onto the afterlife.
I like this take on Ghost type pokemon. I love the type it's my fav but it's getting more n more bland. Brambleghast is the first ghost type I dislike, let alone hate. I feel like we need more different ideas instead of reusing motifs n concepts over n over again, such as "sound for normal"
I can see a ghost type based on Ghost Rider from Marvel. Ghost Rider is a demonic spirit of a fallen angel and has an unsatisfyable hunger and is immortal. Ghost Rider eats the souls of the guilty [ie, murderers]. I don't wanna spoil the movies and part of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
I'm mildly disappointed the dragon entry was not a bearded vulture aka the dragon bird itself. That woulda been so cool. Other than that all the entries are awesome.

Its just a thought but I really wish Pokemon official makes a Gen where the amazing artists throughout the world can submit their art entries for various pokemon categories like starters, legendary, pseudos ,mythical.....and the shortlisted top entries wins in a voting globally for the new official Pokemons for the new generation.

I didn’t expect Mossinco to be ADORABLE I ADORE Acuatro’s peregrine falcon details. Pixiete is a favorite as well, the Secretary bird is my favorite bird (and animal), and I have my own idea for one that im making for a Fakemon region I’ve been brainstorming. Enchanting is also potentially BROKEN. Rockatorce could also potentially be really good in competitive, due to its signature move being one of the few really powerful 100% accurate, and it’s ability being AMAZING.
Maybe giving it a weaker version of Aeroblast would make more sense. Like how some ghost types have Shadow Force and it is just a weaker equivalent of Phantom Force.
I like the concept. It kind of makes the legendary birds a sort of bird of paradise, with them taking the form of all kinds of specialized ird species that are rare and wondrous.
[kinda gross] The poison bird being a chicken is also pretty grand because one of the "remedies" that was used during the bubonic plague was to stick a plucked chicken on the sores the illness caused. :D
Hold on a moment... If aerocero can evolve into all the other legendary birds and learns aeroblast, wouldn't that give every legendary bird aeroblast too?
These are so amazing! Two of my favorite things: birds and pokemon! I especially love Mossinco, Shadonce, and Aerocero. I did notice, though, that you had a repeat of the "once" suffix for two birds (Shadonce and Vespidoce). Not sure if this was intentional or not, but figured I would point it out in case! Overall, amazing work by all the artist. Such creativity

Aerocero is very similar to a concept of mine in my Fakemon region, complete with the “cero” part of its name and pure flying type. I’m all for a baby legendary bird that can evolve into them all. My water bird is also “Quatro” but my grass bird is “seis.” In mine I made a few new birds and then regional variants for them like the OG legendary birds.

If Poison Types weren't immune to being Poisoned, then Toxeis's Hidden Ability would have been Poison Heal, something that feels perfect considering what Toxeis's job is supposed to do

For Toxseis' signature move, it should also have a chance to change the target's normal Poisoned status to Badly Poisoned, making it a genuinely unique effect.
i feel like you should’ve kept the true waterfall tail like og drawing instead of just trying to make it look like a waterfall. it can be like moltress where it has the literal element on its design

I once invented a Legendary Bird for the Grass type. It was Grass/Flying type and was called Chloroquatro (its name comes from chloros which means green, and quatro, Spanish for four). It was partly inspired by Microraptor and had a leafy plumage. Its Galarian form took inspiration from snakes and the Triffid plant from the Day of the Triffids (its tongue was based on a Triffid stinger, also inspired by the metaphoric concept of a barbed tongue, meaning a tongue that is prone to saying nasty, poisonous things) and was Poison/Flying type.
Absolutely adore the names. They all work so well and really give a nostalgic vibe of being a kid and realizing that the original birds were named for their element plus a Spanish number. Not a huge feat to figure out now in the age of constant internet access but felt pretty big-brained when I was in second grade, growing up in New England without a strong hispanic/latino community around, and also at a time when rumors like the way to obtain pokemon like the legendary beasts (Raikou, Entei, and Suicune) were to evolve the original evolutions again with the same evolutionary stones (did any one else here these rumors or was my school playground just weird?). Anyway, enough rambling, great designs and names
Just like mew changed into different pokemon mew changed into Aerocero then Aerocero evolved into the other birds including legendary and regular birds

Or maybe an evasive ability, assuming it's a fast pokemon and, like paper, very agile, able to fold up in evasion. Like, a 10% chance to take only half damage from moves, or something like that. An occasional multiscale, if you will. - I really like jxthedrawer's ghost type. - Desconocero is a really cool name, but looks like a ghost or dark type to me, rather than normal.
I would've made them all into their own trios they can all have one, two, three like the originals and their regional forms. You could have themes around the trios, like maybe a mock aura trio with a grass, poison, and rock type bird
I really liked the short where you and truegreen7 did alternate names for pokemon, could you do a video of those? Pokemon naming is an art in and of itself.
I’d go with mentor for the first one since Lugia having offspring is already canon (in the anime at least), and 3 Lugia are known to exist to my knowledge: the beast of the sea, the Orange Islands one, and Silver.

Plainueve Ability: Foldable - Makes It immune to moves that make contact. Base Stats: HP: 120 ATK: 60 DEF: 100 SP.ATK: 60 SP.DEF: 120 SPEED: 120 TOTAL: 580 MOST USED MOVESET: - Paper Cut - Windstream - Substitute - Roost New exclusive moves: Paper Cut Type: Normal PP: 20 Base Power: 50 *Physical/Contact - Hits the foe with a paper cut causing It to lose 1/16 of its HP at the end of each turn for 2-5 turns. The foe cannot be healed by moves while this effective is active. Windstream Type: Flying PP: 20 Base Power: 50 *Special/Non Contact - Traps the foe in a Wind stream for 2-5 turns. Preventing the foe from switching out and causing It to lose 1/8 of its HP at the end of each turn.

The water wing art style/design for Drenchnove is so unbelievably epic! Wow, I love it!!
the poison type rooster is amazing solely by the references you told but it also fits right in with the mythological creature cockatrice

the poison type rooster also reminds me of bleeding tooth fungus- and a lot of mushroom pokemon are poison type! so that feels fitting :P

I’d go with mentor for the first one since Lugia having offspring is already canon (in the anime at least), and 3 Lugia are known to exist to my knowledge: the beast of the sea, the Orange Islands one, and Silver.

Enchanting could have been called glamour, as the concept of fae glamour is the force that makes people attracted to and pursue faeries
That Shoebill, Dragon type was a solid conversion. Would have honestly made for great gen 1 replacement for our pseudo legendary friend- Aerodactyl.
