Thank you very much for a thoroughly clear and straightforward explanation of this condition. Helped put me at ease after my diagnosis yesterday. I can stop worrying now I know I'm not going to have a heart attack with the next episode of chest pain. You have a most wonderful gift and communicate excellently. Thank you!

Surprised there aren't more comments about angina because over the years I've heard many people talk about it. Usually any heart issues gets one's attention. Nice to understand what's happening and how serious it could or could not be. Thank you, Doc!

This is very informative, thank you! My husband has been diagnosed with microvascular disease which has been a frustrating process over many years and after 7 cath lab visits, and 4 stents. All the cardiologists care about are big vessels!

I have spasms on a daily basis but angiogram was normal ,my cardiologist said that I have minimal plaque build up and prescribed Crestor however when I do a blood test no cholesterol shows up and that makes me totally nervous and confused ,my pain is like a little stabbing that starts for a few seconds and then it goes away , this happens even when I'm lying down sometimes ,however some days I have no symptoms whatsoever and other days the stabbing id frequent .

my cardiologist diagnosed me with this, but won't do any testing to make sure it is not something different, so I am seeing a new one now who wants to do a nuclear stress test, but my insurance does not want to pay

Actually the data has changed. This is not a benign condition anymore and there are substantial risk factors. Please update with new video if possible the latest info on this disease.
