i didnt laugh a bit when i first watched this. i finished the video and checked comments and saw this one, started laughing out of nowhere. then i watched the first clip 10 times and it was so funny that i couldnt laugh, just made some weird dying noises. idk why it triggered after seeing this comment tho

In one of the studios at the School of Audio Engineering there was a dodgy roller chair, it was missing a wheel, but still had 5, so in general it worked. My friend Jamie used to love zooming up and down along the mixing desk like a big shot, every now and then he'd just completely crash out of sight behind the desk. It seemed funnier than usual because there was no sound, he'd be zooming back and forth in the window and then there'd just be legs in the air! Hello? Jamie? Can you hear me? Just wave if you're okay! 😆
The dog wants to help so bad! It's like he's saying "How can I help you Dad?!" The missus is priceless. So much concern but Dave of course is grumpy! I hope Dave was OK. Looks like he had a nasty hit to his ribs falling against the piano as he was rubbing them at 1:00. I laughed more at Tylers reaction than the fall.

Just goes to show: I found it funny. The look of the guy coupled with his obvious seriousness, the way the chair popped like a little ejector seat and jammed the headstock of his LP into the piano lid did it for me. Then the swearing. Guitar flipping has always been the cringiest thing anyway. It's almost always a substitute for good playing, like "I can't play guitar but I can sure as hell entertain you". Except it's only really entertaining when it fails.
Do lame good old fashioned boomer guitar tricks instead like the Hendrix playing behind your head, or the Pete Townshend windmills. Cos you can still play the damn instrument that way and you won't risk damaging the thing. Well unless you do the coked-up SRV thing where he took it one step further and would ride the guitar like a surfboard on the stage while still playing, cos he didn't think the Hendrix playing behind the head thing was enough on its own. But then his guitar was scratched up to fuck anyway so it was hard to really damage it any more than it already was

9:16 - 9:23 is by the absolute funniest thing I have laid eyes on in the 24 years I’ve been alive. Bar none no question and i don’t know why. My wife doesn’t get it, Snapchat doesn’t get it; but I pulled a muscle in my chest laughing and thought I was having a heart attack due to the pain. I watched it the next day (not stoned) and again thought I was having an allergic reaction to something because I couldn’t breathe however that was due to the debilitating comedy that is that particular snippet.
