Hey Bro, I am indonesian i have food recommendations : - Gado Gado (Jawa Barat/West Java Super Healthy Salad) - Avocado Juice w/ Chocolate/Milk Chocolate - Martabak Manis or Terang Bulan (Super unhealthy but super delicious pancake) try Chocolate Cheese varian (Coklat Keju) - Babi Guling (Balinese Speciality Pork Dish) - Nasi Padang (try "Rendang" when you there) - Indonesian Tropical Fruits, especially Salak (Snake Fruit) and Nangka (Jackfruit) etc - Soto (Soup Dish / we have each different version in multiple area) - Bakso (Indonesian meatball dish sometimes with noodles) - Mie Ayam (Chicken noodles) - Tempe (any kind of dish, especially the chips) - Sate (there are many versions but any will do) - Rawon (i guess you just eat it in the video but yours are oxtails version, try the meat version) - Batagor Bandung and Siomay Bandung - Nasi Liwet - Nasi Uduk - Lemper Ayam (rice snack with chicken) there are many others good food i have not yet remember.
