Definitely want to see the next video on cash flow potential on rec farms!!! Some folks it's the only way it's feasible. Also makes it easier to expand little by little and maybe keep from selling.

Can you display on an Excel sheet or a budget sheet a fictitious owners expenditures and cash flow say on a 40 acre rec purchase. It sure would educate a guy like me who wants in on the game, but has no idea what is expected down of a 40 acre rec piece at 5k per acre, the monies needed to maintain it for a deer hunting property, and what I could potentially get for a cash flow from leasing farming acres, select cut of any forestry, or leasing grazing land. I have no idea! But it would be great to see a potential example of a budget in this scenario. Thanks.
