All homes & their tours are awesome and amazing 😍🤩👍🏿! Yes you're right the spiral stairs are nice & foyer at entry corridors & ceiling of living rooms are eye catchy! I love the wooden finishes or touch in most of the house. The size of the houses are directly proportional to their pricing. I got that with only exceptional being last house. I don't get that why despite being almost $1M plan it's ceiling in living room is low compared to it's previous one🤷🏻♂️! Anyways to wrap up all, ALL HOUSES & THEIR TOURS ARE NICE😃👍🏿! The efficiency and cost savings are really promising, but I do wonder if they can offer the same long-term durability and feel as traditional homes. It’s an exciting innovation, though!
It kills me when people say DFW area has high humidity. This just isn’t true. Your comment about the wood floors is not true. Southern east coast states actually have 100% humidity most summer days and all homes built before the 70s all have beautiful hardwoods and remain just as beautiful to this day. Builders are just cheap these days and quality just isn’t there anymore.

I like my white settlement, tx. no thanks I paid CASH and invested 800K in the stock market. With the gains I will be moving up north to westlake tx soon with all the nba players
