If I was in your shoes and had a functioning phone, I wouldn't buy a new iPhone and I'd put those funds towards the new house 😊 Also I'd put all of the savings challenges, and any leftovers from holidays/low priority funds towards the house. I'm so excited for you! By the way, do you have a video on your cash machine? It would be interesting to know how it works (what functions it has etc) and how you're using it.

Quick question when you say you have money in the bank do you have a savings account for each folder or does it all go into one checking account or savings account? I wanna know how many savings accounts I would need to open for when I start!
Aww thank you!! This means so much. Currently I have an Ally high yield savings account and they allow you to create buckets so you can divvy up your savings into different categories to keep organized. Plus you earn like 4% interest for keeping it in there whereas normal savings accounts give you live 1% or less.
Keep stuffing and the extra rolls over to next year. The goal of getting a home is a good one to focus on.
