Technically the easiest way would be to use efc 10 so this should be called the cheaper method

How can i see my lvl in catacombs because i can only see my catacomb mastery it says im lvl 5 but i cannot join f4 dungeons?

About the catacombs level 5, that is your catacombs level, you need to get to catacombs 9 to be able to enter f4

This is exactly how not to do it.
Efficiency 10 Pickaxe with Haste 3 (Silverfish Pet)
Ghostpick 2 ironbars
Jump and go through
You will need about 400 Speed, recommended 500 tho.
The jump right before going through is neccessary.
If youre at a cata 38+ party, you should definitely have an efficiency 10 Pickaxe and should know how to bomb defuse in under 10 seconds.
This is the easiest, most consistent, and fastest way to bomb defuse.

I agree with you however most people watching this won't be cata 38 or be willing to buy eff 10 pick

I still see a lot of ppl with cata40+ (or even in M7) that dont know how to do it. I think you, with your reach, should spread the "right" way on how to do bomb defuse.

320 is enough, but of course more speed = easier
