Sir to be honest these are reality of business which u r discussing. If somebody has not come across these things, means he is not doing any business. My chalakee - When I feel desperate to make a deal, I started showing I am very busy these days but I keep my interest alive on the table. The idea is to come to the table again but after making the other person wait for days or weeks, this way he will not be able to make a sound judgement of my needs. Transparency and honesty are the most costliest mistake but priceless for any business.
