Right now I don’t feel whole- it’s coming up to the fourth anniversary of my best friend and soul mates sudden passing. We truly completed each other - it was hard to tell where his energy stopped and mine started. Tonight it’s a struggle to find my balance and harmony . I feel so lost , that’s a new feeling for me I usually feel grounded and where I am, is where I am supposed to be. I’m having a hard time remembering what his voice and laugh sounded like and it bothers me knowing that I’m forgetting him a Little piece at a time . I have dealt with much grief / loss in my life but nothing this deep or hard. Feels like I am being sucked into the void that was created when he died .

There are several frequencies our root chakra can resonate with. 396Hz is one of them and is based on the Solfeggio scale. This series is based on a 432Hz scale, with the frequency for the root chakra set at 256Hz. There is some info about this in the description of the video. As we all have different needs and react differently to music, frequencies and sounds, it is up to you to find out which scale suits you best.
