So far this is the best tutorial I've seen for me [who is a beginner at this kind of styling]. What I personally like is that it requires minimal tools (that are also not super expensive), minimal time (I don't have to wait hours for rollers or duck clips to hold the curls) and minimal effort (although I'm glad you noted I needed to be patient with adjusting the curls to my liking). Will be practicing a few times before my friends wedding. Wish me luck!
Ive seen that you need to do your hair one day after washing it and you cant put anything on your hair after you washed it, like serum, treatments or any products you normally put before you’re shower. I will test these tips this weekend so I will let you know if its true! Haha
