So much time has passed since this interview. This was MJF’s last starring role in a movie. I’m sad about it. He may be the one actor that I truly connect with. I mean I was a kid in the 80’s so Family Ties and Back to the Future were it for me. I think he was a role model for the good guy you aspire to be like. He was so likable and funny and relatable. I like De Niro and Pacino but MJF has that special place for me.
It's heartbreaking to think that he felt like he had to hide his illness at this point. Still. If perfect is what you're looking for just stay the same Michael.

actually I love this movie! It's *good* intro scary movie for older kids! i love the effects on this movie too and Dee Wallace is sensational along with Trini Alvarado ! Agree, much better than Friday the 13th and that type of scary. This is kind of old fashioned but very exciting with excellent special effects!
so mr runt calls stunts to impersonate him because he wants to go out and not be bothered by girls??!!poor man!!! little does he know that 22 years later he would feel a pile of luggage stuffed in a wheelchair.
@@lissy6583beautiful at that time i had a thought. now i have another one!!maybe at that time he was sick with parkinson and depressed.and when we're upset we don't want to be around anyone.we want to be imperceptible. i knew when he discovered the disease he started on alcoholism.peace love and empathy for you my dear!!!
That pile of luggage is worth more in a single word and a single smile that you'll ever be worth in gold. You could live a thousand lifetimes and still not reach his toes. He got sick at twenty fucking nine years old and made a horror story into a story that will have a happy ending against all odds because he could've ended his life right there and Drown in self pitty like you do every day without any excuse. Instead he chose to get up on his feet and end Parkinson's. 1.5 BILLION dollars and counting and 17 new treatments and breakthrough research AND COUNTING in just 22 years. That's what the gorgeous pile of luggage has done SO FAR. What have you done with your time on this earth? Feed your cat? Your paper medal is coming.
