I work for a company that spends £18 million a year on generators, the company we get them off is owned by one fella and turns over £70 million with just over 100 employees, it’s an unbelievable business for so many reasons.
Love the podcast guys - listened to them all. But I think you really are missing a trick by not always ensuring you ask the simple questions of "how did you start?" and "how did you get your first customer?" to every single guest. I would have loved to hear how Jack managed to do this from scratch. The guest has their own questions to be answered (in this case at a higher revenue than most) - but I feel a lot of their journey and its beginnings can be very valuable to all listeners at every level.
Jacks Amazing, first saw him via Rich at AOS. I think I saw a post that he gave his nan and grandad a car recently which was really heart warming. Well done pal
James Martin is a great addition!

This was a really great podcast, didn't finish it until this evening, hence the later comment, all good for the algorithm though 😊

This guy will fly with a good FD. He didn't know what his EBITDA was from his net profit, or his flat rate from APR.
Good to know how he got into the business. His first customer? Etc.
JB “on it” with the humour only 3 mins in 👌
