However, I think you should also explain why the air pressure at the open container at point 1 can be considered equal as the air pressure at the lower fluid surface of point 2 or point 3. My point is that if point 1 at an elevation of a very tall mountain (like Mt Everest or at the edge of space) and point 3 is at sea level, the difference in air pressure is now very substantial. That is why mountain climbers have a hard time breathing the thin air. After all, air has weight as well and can be considered a fluid. 😀 (just stirring the hornet's nest for further discussions and I'm very glad and thankful for your team's channel)
