It's kind of hard for people (women particularly) to hear your legitimate criticisms of liberal social justice culture when you say that women shouldn't have the right to vote and should be "barefoot and pregnant"...it makes you sound like just another type of absurd extremist.
Her level headedness commands respect. This is a great example of a mature conversation.

The only thing you or any one of us will ever be is a human being. You can do things or think in a particular way, but that does not make you what you are.
The problem is language, and also expediency when expressing ourselves. Another modern and contributing factor is the limit placed upon characters when sending a text message or leaving a comment on Twitter.

Jesse is no peach either but she was very smug, dismissive, and was upset by Jesse more than she cared to show. She's definitely a well spoken critical thinker whether she right or completely off the mark, but I saw less class and grace and more pretentiousness in this interview.

I love her TikTok account. I've followed her for a few months and she is one of the few modern feminist I actually like and respect.
She is a radical feminist. The feminists who get more mainstream attention are liberal feminists. Liberal feminism has been coopted to cater to men's interests.

Liberal feminism takes the liberal view that all humans are individuals who are entitled to make any choice, and that there are no classes of people. Liberal feminism posits that any choice a woman makes advances women, because a woman has made that choice.

Sperm only carry some, not all of the genetic material used (by women's bodies, exclusively) to create a fetus. Women provide the rest of the genetic material. As well as gestate and give birth.
The bread baking example is off. A man throws some flour in a bowl and his role in the process is /over/. Then a woman adds the rest of the ingredients, mix it up, bake it.

I love JLP's long pauses and patience with this woman. She would pause a lot and instead of making an interjection to break the dead air, he lets her stay on her train of thought and let's her finish. Amazing interview skills. 30 years of counseling and you can really see that experience here.

If you calm down and try to take Jesse's words as if they are from a place of love for all people, you will quickly find that that's the case.
If you have hatred in your heart, you will only hear bits and pieces, and you'll interpret it as hatred.
Try calling in to the show, with a calm and open mind, and speak to Jesse about your misconceptions.

@@pauldavis1963 I can't say I agree with all of your implications but I have to say I've seen a lot of unrighteous behavior from him. I say unrighteous because he considers himself Christian as I do and they hold themselves to certain standards. I was a big fan of his in the beginning but over time and multiple videos I realized it was more for entertainment than spiritual edification. I agree with so many things Jesse says and believes and I believe there can be good gained from him and his channel, but I do not approve of his harassment techniques, some of his opinions on women, or his self deprecation. They are actions of the flesh more than the spirit.
Please don't get me wrong. I am not a good person and am not perfect. I make mistakes just like everyone else. I only grew to understand that this channel served as a stepping stool to lukewarm believers and watched less and less. There is truth to be found but I would not make this the end all be all of biblical teachings for any budding Christians or even for any young person looking for moral direction.

"Women have to keep themselves healthy". So when women aren't with child, do they not have to keep themselves healthy?
Females have thousands of eggs that pass through them - those eggs cause them pain and discomfort every month. When the man shares his sp-rm and it connects with one of those eggs he creates life, on behalf of God. The female carries the child for God. She doesn't create anything.
That wasn't an issue when women had like 15 children, but now it is, when they don't wanna have even one.

@Exulansic you also said that a woman has to eat more as part of her creation of the child or she will starve, literally no doctor will tell a healthy woman she needs to eat more, unless you want to be overweight and pregnant.

What a hellish existence when one feels they need to be “seen” or “understood” to be happy. It’s like a twisted pathological dependence...on others who you can’t depend on. Seems like a recipe for misery to me.
Most people have this dependency when it comes to their anger issues, as well. When someone is angry with another person the only person who is affected is the person who is angry. The other person doesnt care nor is affected by it. Anger is like a disease.
I suppose thats why God said "my grace is sufficient."
I think this person has a very good heart, that's the most important thing.
I respect her defending her beliefs without trashing our running away. That’s one if the strengths women need out here, is to have civil conversations without leaving everything without ending the conversation properly.

She needs to be mainstream, this I thought was some crazy show and I was stuck listening and shocked that ther is a human that knows so much of the down side and yet has been muzzled... WTF are we doing with our children in this culture, I would sacrifice my life to protect my daughter from these insane ideas, wher r the darn father's at??????

Im an athiest too. Morality doesnt come from old creation myths, and so many religions! Which one is the right one Jesse? Is it yours? Oh of course it is. Im a nice person, I follow the rules, Im kind, Im charitable, I honour my mum and dad. I dont need any spirit in the sky to tell me that. And after I die I dont know or care to worry about what will happen to me, just as I have no idea or way of knowing where I was, my soul or whatever, before I was born. Your thinking is magical. Just like the trans people, its another ideology

@@thatbodymechanic I get what you’re saying but I think the right and the lefts goals are vastly different it’s not like we have the same goals and different ways to get to them we have completely different goals.
I've found that only some goals are juxtaposed. Generally we all want the same thing.
But when media gets mobilised. The pendulum starts to swing hard.
Where we focus our thoughts then that is where we will go.
We can't allow them the become immobile.
In this climate I'd probably be judg d as right wing. However, that first sentence could be championed by both, for their own reasons. Instead of using it to unify and progress.

I love that she does interviews with so many different types of content creators. Many of the self-described "radical feminists" give excuses like "I won't interview men," or "I will only talk to them if they will come on my channel." I guess some people only prefer to hear themselves speak.
