Good Info, however the biggest Problem with FB Marketplace... You can not specify a Time Frame when the Ads were posted... so anything older than a week - will only say exactly that - "posted more than a week ago" (but it could have been 6 or 12 months ago... ) a "Sort" by "newest" would be a big & necessary Improvement !!!

Do you find that communicating with the owners difficult to negotiate a rental and do they raise the price to expats? Is it easy to find English speaking real estate agents?

Interesting - I am planning on coming for the month of Sept with 5 adults and 1 2 year old. I usually use expedia as the airfare is included and they advertise vacation rentals. Do you find MP is reliable? There are so any scams here in British Columbia where I live. Our budget is 10k CND a month.

You can get an education or volunteer visa. This is the most common route in Thailand. Plenty of other options as well.
the problem is no one talks about renting with pets, large dogs etc.. in FB market place you cant refine for that either. There are a lot of scams

I need a roomy home close to shopping not far from beach. Not trying to move to Thailand paying 1000 a month. If that’s the case I might as well stay where I am

@@AbroadInThailand if you’re promoting the home like you’re the agent then I shouldn’t have to follow ‘instructions’ you are suppose to assist a ‘possible buyer’ People like you cost sales as well as add a scar to the industry and RUclips just her for views, likes, and followers.Advice..Actually Providing a Service..rather than a useless channel gets recognition and subs.
