Wow! Lots of information! Thank you 😊 I wanted to affirm your outlook on body image! I’m 62 years old, for most of my adult life I was a size 18-20. I NEVER felt good about myself! Lots of wasted years feeling bad about how I looked! I have lost 75ish pounds in the last 5 years, so I feel much better, but , it’s not the size! I still don’t like my arms, belly, you name it! However, I also have gotten to the point where I don’t worry about it! In the last year I visited Florida 4 times….and put on swimsuits and sleeveless dresses and was ok with it! I’m happy you are feeling that way much sooner in life than I did! 😊
Vicki, I love everything about this! Congratulations on your weight loss! I can only imagine how much better you feel in the aches and pains arena! I think that everyone feels like if some aspect was changed, that everything would be better- supermodels probably have things that they want to change about themselves! Thank you so much for the perspective!
I completely identify with you Vicki. I have never felt pretty in my plus size body but FINALLY at 71 I am wearing bright colored dresses, tops & bottoms and Ifeel Beautiful! Even at a 2X to 4X depending on design, it is just So Wonderfull to finally have such Great Choices! I dare every one out there to try on something bold and bright! With the choices now available I promise you you will feel good about yourself! Don’t waste years wishing you were this or that! Be who you are, hold your head up and be confident!
I wasted most of my adult life hampered by lack of body confidence. My body has never let me down: I walk, run, carry, lift, hold, talk, breathe, and so much more. It was my brain saying bad things that caused the problem. I just ignore it now!
You are absolutely correct about sizing, I have clothes in my closet that range from XL-2X. Seems like almost everything fits differently. You absolutely cannot get caught up in I’m a size so and so. The important thing is am I comfortable enough with this outfit to wear it all day and do I feel confident in it? If so then the label doesn’t matter. Always enjoy your videos and your adorable personality. You never leave me without a smile 😊 on my face.
I want to thank you for being so honest. Your talk about the size was fantastic. I really enjoy watching you. You are looking really good. Loved the polka dot dress. Have a great week.
Just now found this. Your positive comments on body awareness are so powerful and uplifting that I almost cried. Thank you so much for encouraging us to love ourselves "as is"❤❤❤
I love this kind of comparison. I love the idea of this kind of box, since I'm a single mom and don't have time to shop, but as I am on limited income I can't afford more than like one box per year lol.
I LOVE your videos, and I love the long ones! 😄 Thank you Meredith, I am watching with my daughter as always. We love watching you. Both of us loved the grey dress that you added the belt to. Sending love from England 🏴❤
Love that black jumpsuit best Meredith, the grey with a lavender undertone top… so pretty and the china blue dress as well! I appreciate that you encourage me to dress to what fits me today and makes me feel pretty 💕
Thank you Susan! You are beautiful- you just have to remind yourself every once in a while ❤️❤️. I regret sending back that jumpsuit (but I couldn’t take it off without help!)
Great comparative video for those not familiar with clothing subscriptions. I’ve stayed with StitchFix, just not overly impressed with the others. I have the Fortune&Ivy green dress in the black/beige color way. You’re right, it’s soooo comfy and soft. It’s too short for my taste as a dress, but I wear it with my white cropped jeans, really cute and comfy warmer weather outfit. I’m too have stopped worrying about my arms, there’s so many cute sleeveless items! I try to draw attention to my shoulders lol. PS As I’ve messaged before, you’re a breath of fresh air and very positive. Sometimes you say things that make me teary, just wish I’d have been kinder to myself starting 30 years ago! You keep doing you, Mere!!!! Hugs😘
I lost track of the all the clothes, but it sounds like you bought some lovely items. I really liked the pattern and colours of the first blouse of the final box. I agree about the drawback with jumpsuits. I’d be worried about them falling on the floor when I used the loo!
I know this review was time consuming for you but thank you for doing it. The clothing subscription box reviews are my favorite video that you make so I was thrilled to have four in one video! There are a few content creators that claim to do plus size reviews of these subscriptions but most of them are not truly plus size so it’s not as fun to see what they received and how it looks on them. I am roughly the same size as you so I love to watch these videos because it feels like I’m shopping with a good friend, we’re trying stuff on and chatting about it. 😊
This was very helpful for me. I am about the same size, height, weight, shape as you. I appreciate when you try things on and explain why you like, don’t like or buy elsewhere. Thank you for every thing you do!
Oh my goodness, this one was a full production! So many things were beautiful and wonderful on you. I’m going to have to rewatch this again. It’s a wonderful inclusive look at all the subscriptions.
Judy, someone just told me that they were $35 on the Dia and co site- I think I might need to get them! They were so great for work! I really appreciate you!
Great work! I haven't had any luck with Dia&Co. I'm having increasingly good luck with DailyLook. Your Stitch Fix box was great. I think the Wantable navy print dress looked great on you.
Thank you- I think that DailyLook gets better after time! Of these 4, the only one that I have cancelled is Dia and co- but I’m back in- I have liked so much from Asia, but they can be so overpriced!
You do the BEST pep talks & today I really needed to hear what you had to say. You edited this video to perfection & I appreciate the well-organized run-through of each company. My birthday is this week & I might buy myself a StitchFix subscription. Favourites: Dia & Co blue palazzo pants, everything from StitchFix but heads will turn when you wear that long black floral (no shapewear needed IMO), navy-white eco-friendly dress from Wantable, and the stretchy black jumpsuit from Daily Look. And Gilbert Blythe was SO dreamy! When I was in Grade 8 I watched it repeatedly & cried over their romance. 🇨🇦
Sarah- happy birthday week!! My daughter’s was last weekend! I really hope that you are able to take some time to do something special just for you! Sending you hugs!
The striped jumpsuit looks better than the blue dress with flowers, I think! The polka dot dress is ADORABLE! This would be a great way for me to shop because, wheelchair/oxygen makes shopping miserable. I really appreciate your videos because I TOO am 5’10” and am working on “me” issues. It gets better. I’m here if you wanna chat. ❤
Wantable. Floral with the jeans is a keeper for me, looks great on you, my opinion. The $112 dress is alright, but I do like the polka dots dress best.
Amazing show down of all the boxes. It's a good thing that you're fun to watch. I think the polka dot dress was my fav, the high neck sleeveless was next (I live in that style during HOT summers) and SF was a 5:5. The grey dress looked comfy. I hope Dia fixes their pricing because pricing was crazy.
The polka dot dress and the black dress with the peach flowers looked great on you. I don't know what stuff you have that you are worried about, so I don't think you should worry about it either.
Wow! That was quite a treat! I loved your comparisons of the boxes. Would enjoy knowing what you kept. Really like the polka dot dress. So girly and feminine. Where did you get the beautiful dress at the end? ❤
Right on Meredith, don't let your identity get caught up in a size! And my opinion, 6 months later, is that I LOVE that polka dot dress! Say YES to the tapers and that grey dress is adorable too! I havent got to the end yet but I hope you kept those wide leg pleated pants. I love them so much I looked for a pair for myself online. fyi - if anyone is looking for medium to 3x in Navy, City Chic has these really really cheap rn.
Your honesty and commitment are truly a breath of fresh air. Thank you for all the information regarding the boxed subscriptions. It helps no end to know beforehand what you are getting into. I am not fond of a surplice top, but they look great on you! They always seem to gape in the wrong places and are way too low for me. I am also extremely happy that you enjoy dresses - I wear lots of dresses and skirts. In fact, I never wear pants - I have tried, but I am never comfortable in them. Most other youtubers hardly share a dress or skirt! Have a great weekend!😊
Great video. I am still considering StitchFix and this has helped push me a little bit further. Love the purple surplice dress at the end. The fit is beautiful but I don't know if you mentioned which company it was from. My favorite dress today is the polka dot - fit is great plus it is fun and flirty. The black jump suit is nice too. Keep up the great work!
Thanks for addressing sustainability. Even though a lot of it is green washing.🥺 Still a good awareness to share. I love clothes. But it's also important for us fashionistas to be aware of the impact on the environment and the workers.
Great video, I enjoyed the comparison and the length was great with so much information mixed in with your amazing personality. I loved the blue pants in the first box, I thought that they looked great on you.
I used to get stitch fix before I retired and they always had something I liked. I love clothes and I always get the itch to purchase something after watching your channel.
Thank you! I really enjoy Stitch Fix! I hope that retirement is wonderful and that you are wearing a lot of what you love just for you as opposed to an office dress-code!
Daily look really want you in a jumpsuit 😅 Having said that, the black one was really nice. The purplish grey dress was a nice surprise too. The addition of the belt took it up a notch. Pity about the red dress, it had potential.
Thank you so much for your message about sizing. I definitely agree with you. There are certain brands that run smaller than others. Loved this video!😊
Happy New Year, Meredith! I am recovering from COVID and started guffawing and coughing 😉from “I’m feeling ‘nekkidty’ on the top!” when you tried on the first jumpsuit. The surplice cuts fit your frame well. Thank you for such a comprehensive comparison of the clothing subscription boxes! Most importantly, the message about women not obsessing about wearing a certain size which is only a data point. You’re spot on when you say we are here to make progress in our outlook as well as our physical health! ❤🎉💎🥰😎👑🦉✨😇
Hello Meredith, Really love this video ! You really care about your viewer friends ! This was an awesome breakdown, great explanation and some really nice pieces of clothing, thanks. Hope you’re having a great start to the New Year. Take Care 💫🌻🤩
Thank you for your openess. My friend goes on and on about KanCan jeans and how she can size down. The pair I tried on fit like those shorts. SO SMALL. 9 out of 10 times, my husband can grab his size shirt/pants, and they fit. 2 out of 10 times I can grab my "size" and it doesn't fit.
I literally got two pairs of Kancan jeans in a DAILYLOOK box once, one couldn’t bottom ( like the shorts) and the other fit fine! Women’s clothes have no standard, but I would expect them to be standardized within their own brand- and EXACTLY on the mens! My husband never has to try anything on, his size is his actual measurement!
Wow, Love the blue pants and Polkadot dress❤❤❤, Love the black/white jumpsuit❤, long black dress, love the last blue dress, SIZE IS IRRELEVANT ! Different style, manufacturer etc. Try till it Fits! I totally love that blue & beige dress❤❤❤, like where can I get it, love. Love the black jumpsuit and the red dress! Wow I’m exhausted just watching you😂. Great job as always Meredith 😊
Thank you so much, Kathy! This one was exhausting! It was neat to see them all at the same time, though! And amen to that- size is irrelevant, try it till it fits, indeed! I really appreciate you taking the time to always comment- it really means a lot to me!!
Stitch fix. Jumpsuit, past Meredith has been vindicated 😂. Teal sleeveless, yes oh yes. The colour the style 👍. The long dress, no shape wear needed. We've all got the lumps and bumps and dips and curves. And it's also a yes. If you don't love yourself now, getting to some perceived perfection perfection is not going to make you love yourself any more. The blue wrap was very nice too.
Thank you so much for all the time and hard work you put into this!! It answered a lot of questions I had about all the style boxes, and gave me an idea of who I would want to try. I have always been hard on myself about my weight, In fact I had gastric bypass surgery back in 2005. I went from weighing 312 pounds down to 140 pounds in two years! I was wearing a size 8 and I liked how I looked in most things, but I still had skin sagging issues. I always thought that if I ever lost a bunch of weight that there was no way I would ever gain it back! I was so WRONG! Now in 2024 I am back up to 234 pounds! Now I wished I would have never gotten the surgery, because I know what it feels like to put on clothes and actually feel like I looked amazing, to be able to look great in almost everything I put on. I miss that feeling soooo much! By saying these things I am not meaning to put anyone down, I just hope if you are thinking about surgery for weight loss, that you know eventually there is a good chance you will gain a lot of it back. Not to mention that with my love of food, the surgery was one of the hardest things I have ever had to go through. After surgery, they brought me a tiny 30cc cup and told me that was the amount I could have every six hours for the next 4 to 6 weeks! They did not prepare me for the shock of just how little I could eat afterward. Hopefully they prepare you more for it now! I can say that I did not have any physical pain from the surgery, but the mental aspect of it was agonizing!
Hi Meredith, Happy New Year! I haven’t commented in a while but always enjoy your joyful self on your videos. You are a friend we all need. I have seen your channel grow so quickly. You are an amazing lady. ❤️🤗
All clothing sizes are unpredictable. I’ve actually been in a store, trying on the same size pants in a different color and one was too small. It’s so frustrating at times. I’ve been cataloging my clothing purchases so I can at least know what size in which brands will fit me the best. Same with shoes. Some brands state wide width and they are not. I’m doing better ordering my own clothes online where I can return locally ie., Nordstrom Rack, Macys, Old Navy, Catos, Maurice’s, etc. usually free shipping and then I return when I can. Much better pricing in my opinion. The sub boxes gave me an opportunity to get familiar with brands but I’ve pretty much stopped most subs.
Hey Merideth. I like you have very fine//thin hair. I purchased Biolage Full Density spritz. I just spray on my damp hair after washing and work it in. My hair has more body and also holds a curl longer. Thought I would pass this tip along. The print shorts and black top you opened with look super on you. Also, the sustainable dress is a keeper.
I really liked this 4 box video. It really showed the differences in the boxes. You are looking so good!!! I hate traditional female bathing suits. I don’t want to wear something sucked onto my skin with my jiggly thighs hanging out. Woman Within has great bathing suit options for those of us who prefer to be more modest. I would love for you to do a swimsuit haul of modest suits.
I am going to check them out- I have had quite a few companies reach out for bathing suits, but I am so self concious of my inner thighs, I’m not to that comfort level yet!
2 things. Love watching your vids! You have a lovely home, I enjoy your personality and you seem like a very smart girl. If you were my daughter I would urge you to watch Dr Berry, Dr Baker, Dr Chaffe… And many more. Then 2 - you’re amazing so take us on the journey with you. Research & go down the rabbit hole and take the plunge. ❤❤❤
Thank you so much, I really appreciate the kindness and recommendation. I just started looking at some of Dr Berry’s videos. I lost 65 pounds last year, but have added almost 10 back through the holidays. It it such a challenge! Have you tried Dr. Berry’s diet? I feel like I’m at a refocusing and reflective point right now, getting back on track.
@@BigonStyle- I’m turning 65 and have done several so called diets over the years and felt hungry, miserable and always failed. In Aug I went full force and researched SO much and have watched SO many influencers and each and every one also say like myself… only wish I found it years ago. Lost 25 lbs so far - SO easy!!!!! Best part? Never hungry! I only hope you go down the rabbit hole and research. You seem like a smart cookie!!! ❤ Either way, I’ll keep watching your vids!
I will tell you Meredith the ones I liked from all of your boxes that you showed. the polka dot dress, the pinstripe outfit, the teal dress, LONG black floral (can also be used as a night gown or house dress for lazing around in); royal blue floral eh, not too bad. Workable. Loved the pink blue lg. roses, the solid pink top, black and white dress that you said you ordered before, Daily Look loved tropical print with the floral print with teal. It wasn't a nice fit but I like the pattern. Printed jumpsuit beige; you were a quick change artist on that one. I can't even remember what it looked like. Solid black jumpsuit, loved it; grey pants uh-uh, black print with spaghetti straps would look good as a bathing suit cover up as well as that short teal dress. Loved the black jump suit with the tie. I would tie it at the back as well. Loved the aubergine dress you had on with the plaid jacket. I personally wouldn't wear that jacket with it. You have that other beautiful purple and black coat that it would look great with. Thanks for sharing your finds with us Meredith. It is fun. Like I said we are basically the same size but different heights and shapes; I don't have a waist line. I have a line between my upper stomach and lower stomach.
Wow! Lots of information! Thank you 😊 I wanted to affirm your outlook on body image! I’m 62 years old, for most of my adult life I was a size 18-20. I NEVER felt good about myself! The blue pants from Dia & Co look AMAZING on you! I'd totally keep those!
Agreed. And they were a unique look that I haven’t really seen before.

I want to thank you for being so honest. Your talk about the size was fantastic. I really enjoy watching you. You are looking really good. Loved the polka dot dress. Have a great week.
The print dress blue and white lookded great, loved the black jump suit-so flattering.

My favorite on you was the black pant suit deal with the wrap ties. It was super slimming and sophisticated.
Thank you so much! I did not keep that one, but watching it on camera, I thought that it looked really nice on! I really appreciate you watching ❤️❤️
I LOVE your videos, and I love the long ones! 😄 Thank you Meredith, I am watching with my daughter as always. We love watching you. Both of us loved the grey dress that you added the belt to. Sending love from England 🏴❤
Polka dot dress looked fantastic very flattering. Really enjoy how detailed you are explaining these boxes an I just enjoy your uplifting attitude thx

Tracy- you are awesome- thank you so much!!
I love your softness scale. Some fabrics, especially polyester, vary greatly!
Thank you, Linda! It is so hard to describe how something feels through the screen! Im happy that this translates!
Get the blue and tan dress with cloth belt. So cute on you.
Wow the research that you share is amazing, thank you so much.
Aww we are both Pisces 🎉❤. Now I know why I love you so much
Ahh!! I knew you were good people! I’m March 9th!
@@BigonStyle love you bunches ❤️.
Hello Meredith,
Really love this video !
You really care about your viewer friends ! This was an awesome breakdown, great explanation and some really nice pieces of clothing, thanks.
Hope you’re having a great start to the New Year.
Take Care 💫🌻🤩
You southern belle I love your attitude
Thank you ❤️
Thank you for your openess.
Gurl you always make me smile …the pleated pants is really pretty…stitch fix did you good😊
Thank you so much ❤️❤️
Wow, Love the blue pants and Polkadot dress❤❤❤, Love the black/white jumpsuit❤, long black dress, love the last blue dress, SIZE IS IRRELEVANT !
I love the idea! Thanks for all the positivity!
I love the blue pants from Dai and Co and the Black jumpsuit from one of the others. Fun video!
Thank you, Krickette❤️❤️
I love pop fit for athletics. Their stuff is pretty cute. Fabletics didn't have anything in my size that I loved, but I may try it again.
I really enjoy your videos! You have such a lovely personality and a wonderful sense of humor! Thank you ❤
Thank you so much!
My favorite outfit was the first outfit that you wore in your introduction!
That was one that I got from an older Dia and co- the shorts are silky and really comfortable!
Last dress , deffo
Loved the stitch fix items on you
Thank you so much. Your reviews are always so helpful.
Thank you..❤.. you make me feel so such better about myself.
Polka dots! You r happiness shines through. Go Polka dots dress !
Thank you!!!
I love your take on sizing. I get wrapped up in it too- good to see im not alone
The daily look pants have the pockets sewed to keep the shape, you unstitch it to use the pockets
Love the polka dot dress on you!!!
Thank you- that one is so fun!
The dress is fabulous the pants are great
Thank you!!
The polka dot dress looks sensational on you.
Such good information. Loved the comparison! Thanks.
Thank you, Theresa!
Polka dot dress looked great on you very cute
Thank you!! I love that one!
@22.43mins
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
I love your stitch fix finds they are all so flattering. I think the black would have looked better a size smaller :)
Thank you, Leah ❤️
If you were my daughter I would urge you to watch Dr Berry, Dr Baker, Dr Chaffe…
And many more.
I will absolutely look into it, I truly appreciate you caring enough to share your knowledge and experience ❤️
