I did extensive research looking for a fan that is quiet and cooling. I purchased the Levoit 42 in August 2023. I have no complaints!!! I can highly recommend this product.This fan has alleviated my discomfort. It gets so hot and humid in my part of the country. I also live in a 100 year old house so it would get really uncomfortable. Since I've purchased this fan I can finally get some relief from the heat and humidity. I appreciate your informative video on how to get the most out of my cool treasure.

Just wanted to drop by to say thank you for this review. I'd been looking at getting a new fan for ages and could not make up my mind on what to go for.
Eventually I narrowed it down to a few candidates then finally after watching your review I went ahead and bought the Levoit 42" fan and, after a couple of months, I have to say I have not been disappointed.
The fan is so quiet on the lower speed settings that I genuinely could forget it was even on if it weren't for the fact that every time it oscillates around towards me I feel the nice rush of a cooling breeze. Unfortunately it hasn't been the warmest of summers so far, but on the few really warm days we've had it has been a godsend and I've only had it turned up to speed 5 or 6 out of 12 at most. I've even had it on low during the night in the bedroom a few times and it just helps to make you feel less clammy and wake up a bit more refreshed.
As someone who really likes to know as much as I can about things like this before I buy them, I really appreciated your informative review. Sometimes companies like to exaggerate their products in their own bumph so having someone confirm it in real world testing is reassuring.
I’ve had my 42” Levoit Tower Fan since August 2023 (5 months) with low use in the bedroom. I turned it on today and it will not work at all. Plugged into a different socket, still no action, not happy 😮. My next step is to call the company support number. Other than not working, I have really loved the fan and all of its features. Hoping this can be fixed.
If you've only had it 5 months then yes it should get sorted under the manufacturers warranty pretty quickly

I’m going to order the new, “smart” version… if it works as well as the smart humidifier, I’m psyched.
When the fan loose and then recover it's power supply , it will restore operation or you need to start it yourself ? I need an auto restart in order to make it smart by using a smart plug.
If you turn the power off to the fan, it will need to be restarted manually if you use a smart plug.

@@Milford64since there is a remote, use an IR blaster.
Is there any way to change the temperature units? I recently got one, however, it displays degrees in Fahrenheit rather than Celsius and it is driving me mad
5:39 luckily the fan has a built-in "ASMR Mode"
Hi. Is the fan easy to clean in future or its complicated?
It is easy and doesn't need a lot of maintenance fortunately.

Does sound odd that its not working, it sounds like there could be a fault. I would contact the retailer you have just purchased it from to see how they can sort it.
They have a two year warranty.
