I recall a Venus-like planet during my gameplay having a red spectrogram color when it was a raw signal with no processing
And yes, I encountered the funni spooky red asteroid that scared the living fuck out of me

That's interesting. It is clearly talking about the red skull signal. Maybe "The Evil" is actually friendly? Or at least it doesn't wish earth's destruction by the hands of whatever THAT is...
@@elfmonster3082 If you get the red skull signal's ending, it makes reference to 'conversion' being complete. I presume whoever wrote the message, be they The Evil or otherwise, is warning us

I never seen arirals steal the atv, but stealing is deffinetely their thing. Those mfs broke into the base, they eaten all my shrimps and thrown empty trays at me, then they beat me up and left. Those damn alien punks.

There's actually a specific event where everything starts floating in your base, your atv disappears, then it reappears on the bridge nearby with 300% fuel. So they definitely steal it, but they also return it with interest lol.
@@forehand101as far as i know-these are two different events. I’ve got the atv theft without everything getting floating
@@Pepisgood That might've been an issue with your save. By a vast majority of people, those events occur together

I just rested the ATV on top of the fence then got on and off and took it from the other side

Never could pull off the ATV thing, so that trick with the hook is amazing to me. Definitely giving that a shot on my next save.

Hey, I have something you might want to check out and I haven't seen anyone talk about this or shown evidence of it. I was playing story mode and at around day 4 during night time I went to Victor and saw an egg-like UFO hovering over the ground and no-clipping, getting closer it just dissapeared. I am not sure if it will apear there again or it has random spawning but thats where I saw it and I havent seen it again yet. Unfortunately I was slow and a bit dumb and didnt take pics :/
You're definitely not crazy, that is a random object I've seen that starts flying up if you try to get close to it. Some people have mentioned it flying down into the ground. It's egg-shaped, red lights on the bottom, and seems to appear randomly like you said. For me, I have seen it on brand new saves also where I have barely done anything to trigger it. It just happens to spawn and then disappear, very much like those purple/magenta/pink wisps you see floating around every now and then. Strange. Mine was in between the cave and Romeo.

wait, was that !threat! at the end there? it emits light? I've only ever seen it during daylight, so I never knew. wish I knew what I did to piss in it off, though, because when I do see it, it's mutiple times in a day.

no, I got hit in the back of the head by a flying ATV and was too afraid to check it out and then got stalked by a cloaked entity.

is it made from source engine or what, ever since i first heard about this game i always find it jarring that it has half life 2 sounds lol
It's not made in Source, but it imitates stuff from the Source Engine like the text boxes that float in and a lot of the sound effects are used for same or similar actions. It's made in Unreal Engine 4.25.

how do use the damn rope???
Firstly, you have to throw one side somewhere you want to reach, and then-scroll your mouse wheel while jumping
Also you can use it as a rope between two objects (as example- hang maxwell under the ceiling to avoid him getting ate by cockroaches)
In this vid my man just used rope as a spring- placed one end on the tree, and then sprinted around to get tension and jump higher

With the hidden message when reading the note as commented fully by @HatsODoom. Talking about the red signal that if not deleted will kill, I can't help but think there's something going on here other than showing weird things and events in the game.
