Dear Jason. Very nice and simple video. I followed your instructions and managed to reset my mag322. After entering settings / system settings / servers the only option I get is general (no portals or anything else). Any idea how to get portals ??? Many thanks.

If you are using WiFi try moving the box away from anything. But most of the time it's the IPTV server you are using. Have you contacted your provider?

If you have a hardwired internet connection to the box. Remove it and reboot the box.
