    Take a deep breath: in...... and out. Inhale........... exhale. Repeat 10 times.
    Relax your body.
    Clear your brain. Cleanse all of that anxiety and depression from your body and into space.
    Know in your mind that it’s okay. You are gonna make it past this. I’m here with you the whole time!
    Journal your thoughts. Scribble all of that sad out of your mind onto paper. Let it all out!!
    I get anxiety quite often, not because of other people tell me, because of what I tell myself. I do not love myself enough to the point to where I am completely anxiety-free.
    These have helped me in the past, so I wanted to pass them down to you guys❤️.

    I have been dealing with generalized anxiety for my whole life. And I am only eleven. But I still watch you every day. You are amazing. I look up to you when I am feeling down. You make my life better. I hope that you and your family is doing well. Things are a little crazy. But I have hope. Because, “ you are bigger than your fear”

      Me too and just about stuff that has happened in the past 4 years
      I never knew what was happening when I would get panic attacks now I do if I am home I sit on a bouncy ball thing in my closet and inhale for 4-5 seconds and exhale for 8 seconds

    What is currently stressing me out is that since schools are closed due to Coronavirus, we are forced to do homeschool/online school and I cannot learn without having a teacher physically there with me to help and I have so much work to get done plus I'm having to babysit so I have no time to do the work. Stressed....

    •It usually is caused by a lot of noise, a lot of people in one area or more than 1 person trying to give me an instruction at 1 time

    Whenever I had anxiety attack, one of my cats ( before we had to give them away) would come and start purring and rubbing her head on me ❤️I miss them so much

    What my anxiety is about is me starting my new school and just trying to learn it. I am also a scheduling freak! My sleep also got out of control because I couldn't stop thinking about school things or about my fears. I am also immune compromised so it didn't help that I wasn't getting much sleep. This helped me control my stress and anxiety and to realize that I wasn't alone. Thank you SO much Natalie!!

    Here’s a tip when I’m stressed during a game I count 1 2 then a random number (make them rhyme it helps more ) and breathe in and out three times

    I was adopted when I was 3 years old and my mom noticed on the adoption papers that my biological parents, ancestors, and my grandparents all had anxiety, depression, and post traumatic disorder. So all of this is genetic for me. My parents are also divorced so it makes my anxiety a little worse because my mom did everything for me and my dad was never really there. So now that I’m forced to go to my dads house it’s hard. I’m now 16 and I’m a little bit better dealing with my anxiety.
    But this video and some of the other videos you have made has really helped me to reduce my anxiety and stay positive. Thank you so much Natalie

    So I’d rather not say my age but I’m under 13 I have just recently started dealing with anxiety I actually have panic attacks very frequently,
    I have never had to deal with anything like this before but now that I am I’ve realized it’s so much harder than it looks to deal with. Seeing these comments makes me feel like I’m not alone , and especially from so many people that re my age, I am grateful that I found this video and that I was able to connect with so many people in ways I didn’t expect. Also these hacks are very useful, at first I was hesitant of clicking on this video because I felt like nobody could understand, but these hacks are SO helpful, and I’m glad I came across this video and this channel

      My childhood ended at 7 to. I’m 11 and I have had anxiety and got so mature. I like talki Nd to adults more then kids my age, and all of my moms say that I’m so mature. I know that meant that as a compliment, but it makes me sad. I Lost my freaking child soul at 7 or 8.
      I have thought of suicide but I’m fine now. But it’s sad to think about

    i have recently been feeling so stressed with dealing with all of my school work during lockdown. I have not seen by bff for literally ages and i miss her soooo much. I put so much pressure on myself to do well and her good grades and also get all of my work done. This video has helped me so much!!     I've had anxiety ever since my parents broke up I was 6 and I had diagnosed depression. Life is never gonna be the same. My stepdad is abusive and my mum is scared and she is being controlled. My dad has ADHD and PTSD so he gets angry and breaks things. Natalie on the other hand helped me all the way so thanks so much.

    I have been struggling with anxiety and intense anger issues my whole life, but only recently been taken to therapy and diagnosed with GAD, and I'm only 15:( breathing techniques and all those other things don't work for me normally, but watching this now I'll definitely try some of these tips:)

    Being autistic stresses me out a lot because I know I'm different and I hate it at times. I also worry about everything like others opinions, how I look ect. I really relax when I'm cooking, putting on makeup or activities I have to focus on but in a positive way. I've found having lots of fiddly toys and calming things such as perfumes, small snacks and drinks in a little pouch with you at all times is SUCH a big help so I highly reccomend this if your going out xxx

    I love this video! I have some anxiety and an app I recomend is Headspace. You do have to pay for it but it has been helping me fall asleep at night. I love to listen to the sleepcasts!

    I have anxiety. I am around the age 10 but, kids stress too. I’ve been diagnosed with anxiety, because I worry about things in the future. Last year, I’ve also been diagnosed with IBS Irritable bowl syndrome. What causes it is when you stress a lot. That’s how I’ve been having trouble at school, I can’t concentrate, or I need to go to the bathroom. Now we are in quarantine, so I have online classes, and online education. This video helped a lot. And if you have symptoms like me, I’m telling you, your not alone. If you are reading this, I hoped you had a good day, and not having troubles with anything. Hopefully Coronavirus will go away soon! 😁

    I do a method called growing a thicker skin. You may’ve heard of that saying, but what I do is I don’t think about it until Saturday when I’m not busy when I metaphorically remove the layers of skin that I grew over a week and cry it out then. After that I’m refreshed and ready to get back to being the bubbly girl everyone knows me to be.

    My doggo helps me a lot because I have sleep anxiety so having her there with me just helps but when she’s playful or just super cuddly it helps keeping me distracted so yeah she helps me

    I was diagnosed with add a lot of people only call it adhd because that is the common one and adhd is hoper active and add is learning and stuff also ocd and really dad anxiety and depression and watching her videos help me with all of that

    I had depression for two years. And I've learned that the simplest way to deal with fear and depression is by loving yourself too much not to care what anyone says of you. I feel because we let others define us, we get depressed when their judgement or opinion of you isn't as we expect it to be.
