Sovereigns are 0.2354 ozt of gold content. They have some of the lowest premiums when buying and are super liquid when selling and you get better prices when selling than a gold bar.

I would argue to go smaller in size. 50g is a lot of money in one single piece. Look into sovereigns those are the best.
