If the hand around the waist turns the WR & disrupts the route, PI will be called every time. If it doesn’t affect the route, then I don’t think it should be PI either. The players & coaches need to stand up an get loud. For the refs to get there shit together! Lately it's been a lot of bad calls which can change the outcome of any game. I understand they try the best they can BUT it's every sport. They want higher pay, they need to get there shit right. I'm 50/50 on the PI call for Metcalf. On the one hand just having the hand on the waist shouldn't be a PI but on the other hand if the pressure of the hand on the waist is enough to turn the guy then it should be a PI. It looks like he turned him with the force of the hand on the waist when replayed. It's possible DK himself turned, but it sort of appears as if the hand on the waist made him turn away from the ball. I don't think we could really tell unless there was a better close up angle of it shown.
