If you get to level 9999 your levels will stay but your glitched icon points will go.

Mailbox is full, go to any Race HQ on the map and locate the Big black shipping container full of parts, scrap those and then you can get parts again

You need to atleast apply your “legit” points when first logining in doesn’t matter popular if u want. Then do the race n your points should show.
