@@pho977 Of course. You can send us the link to the template and we can record a custom tutorial for you tomorrow morning or we can do our best to explain common reasons why this could happen. Here is our best guess: Some Motion Array templates are made with specific fonts that can’t be changed so when they import the font they used either needs to be actively installed in Premiere Pro or it will automatically default to your default text setting. You can change your default text setting to fix this or make sure the font used in the template is installed. It would be easiest if we could record a custom tutorial and see if it helps you out! Give us the details and we will do our best to help you.

Perfectly! I'm finding a tutorial like this on Final Cut Pro. Even the company does not explain how to use there.
I install Motion Array Plug In. But I am unable to click on extensions in Motion Array.

Super helpful. I was going to cancel my Motion Array subscription because downloading and installing is such a pain, but this makes it so much easier.
