It´s insane to me, how the single miniatures are not painted all that well, but the entire pieces are so incredibly stunning every single time! I am such a sucker for composition and feel like it´s often missing in stuff like golden demon. But you are hitting the mark every single time!!
Roman: Yes, composition is king. Painting it like a full canvas painting has its own magic and does not need super well blended golden demon miniatures. I'd say painting the perfect blends is a category of a challenge on its own and has nothing to do with what I am doing here. Thank you!
I love the stories you art tells. I can hear the soldiers screaming “Cadia Stands!” as the planets crack around them. Choosing their last act to be defiance. Your work is amazing, I can’t wait for what comes next.

On one side of this battle is so much emotion and variety and then across the field it is just an enemy. No idea how much that was intentional but incredibly poetic.

Roman: Thank you! Well, this helmet has some fabric sculpted over it. Came like this from the sprue.
