Mitsubishi Legnum VR4. Nurburgring 2009.
First visit to the ring, 3rd lap and 4 people up. Raining and damp on one part of track, dry on the other.
Video starts about 20secs into the ring after the first bridge.
Random Mondello footage from 0.00 to 0.23. IGNORE! My ring lap starts at 0.23!
So....back seat drivers and woooahs from all the Jesus Handle holders!!
We cross the final gantry at 9.51 add on the 30 or so secs from bridge doesnt make that bad a lap considering 4 adults and half the track was wet!

I think this vid really shows the capabilities of the VR4. OK it's not the fastest car on the track but you can have 3 passengers and hoon around.....ad it's an estate car!

this is what real fun is all about... I am quite surprised you didnt mind having your friends with you in the rear seat and the passenger front seat, I would do the same but a lot of people would disagree for some kind of "ultimate last drop of performance" sacrifice.

This is a Type S, all type S were semi tiptronic. Exhaust only on this trip, other vids of this car at the ring included FMIC, Flappy Paddles, intake, hardpipes. etc

Driver's lines are pretty good, getting on the gas / brakes could be slightly better, but mostly is just that auto that's slowing you down more than anything else

I could safely get three laps to a tank! Equates to around 4.6mpg :-)

Michael Mills You really lucky. I have VR4 manual,and few friends with the V6 auto..,3 of them have issues. One even got it replaced twice for year..,its not a driving issue,but designer flaw.
