    I've been selling life insurance for 22 years, & This video was so good I watched it twice! A client came into my office for the third appointment (closing meeting) & said how much do we need to spend on the life ins? I should have redirected his question to, how much do we need to transfer from our IRA into the life ins each year to provide a solution for the taxes eventually due on inheriting my IRA.

      Brian! Thank you for the kind words. The goal is to find a way to inject some life into an otherwise dry topic. Life Insurance can play such a key role in people's financial plans, but rarely is it compelling until its needed. So that is our goal - to change how life insurance is being sold.
      Focusing on your statement about the IRA - finding money can be difficult at times. If the person is currently paying a specific amount of money on an item per month, think about redirecting that money to their life policy. I've seen many clients that once thought life insurance was too expensive, but when a debt or a car payment was paid off, since they were used to paying that amount, they redirected that amount to a brand new life policy. What do you think?

      @@trisTOM I like that creative strategy, redirecting $ from one part of the budget to another, rather than coming up with new $ - thank you for taking the time to write me such a thorough reply!

    How do you know what's important to the client? What specific questions do you ask to know the client needs?

      Great question Jakie. I think we need to do a video on word tracks. What questions to ask. Why to ask those questions and where to go from there.

      @@trisTOM thanks for the response Tom. Also, if it's not too much, can you make a video on how to approach and find high net worth clients? The do's and dont's when selling tehm life insurancr especially VUL insurance. Thank you.
