The biggest and absolute #1 tip for this phone (it's the phone I use too) is changing the default keyboard to the *Gboard* it's night & day difference. Predictive text, personal spelling of words are accurate. Auto corrections on point, it just flows so smooth. You even have the ability to customize it too with background images of your choice or the 20+ options they have. I haven't seen a video that showcases this so it's my duty to do it lol. It's under language & keyboard - manage keyboards. You guys will come back to thank me after you change it. 👌

First time today i got a stylo 6 and these tips were great thanks, this phone also was my dream phone to own and use it for drawing and other occasions.
The memo feature will greatly aid with language acquisition & general linguistics; this is my first Stylo LG device but thus far after a couple of hours I had noticed some of it's utilities.
If you're a language geek than I suggest this phone if you hadn't weighted any other options. If you're an artist than I can tell you that Stylo 6 is amazing at anything art related. Stylo 6 is best for both artist's & language enthusiast's.
Best to take advantage of the hidden features showcased on this video.

Great tips thank you. Do you know how to set the feature where you can place the apps on sleepy mode and if you want to use them you can choose wich one and it will run for 5 minutes only and before goes off again it's a 1 minute warning? LG technicians don't know anything about it I was told is not on the phone; it came out on its own unfortunately don't remember the name of the feature and I disabled that one by mistake. Very helpful because allows you to still see that you have notifications but they won't pop up unless you release the app manually

I love the nite mode..i cut it on immediately..very helpful tips..i have this phone..i wasnt able to do the one handed very well but i dont need it..i like the large screen..the nite mode is very easy on my eyes..i like the tag mode as well..not sure if ill use it but its good to know just in case..very good tips..thank you again..thumbs up for this video!

So my question is how do i get to my last screen with out having to completely exit one thing to open what i need to only exit said thing and go back to what i was doing. Like say if i am on you tube and need to send a text i have to go all the way out of the app then open the text features send it exit all the way out and reopen you tube. I know of the split screen but it's not working out for me. I'm unable to see my last screens. I have only seen this phone do it once by miracle once when i was watching you tube with my Chihuahua and the tip of her ear touched the phone and caused it to happen. I don't know if you'll ever see this but if you have a solution please help me. Thank you so much for your time.

I just got the Stylo 6 & it doesn't seem to have that option either
You can change it in the keyboard settings from the actual keyboard. It was something I HAD to figure out the 1st day hope that helps.💕😺

@@saulmendoza800 pretty good! if you like taking professional photos or are using the camera for a work state, I'd recommend using an iPhone 11 or 12. if you're using it for your personal phone for general social networking then the camera is amazing and I 100% recommend it! 😋

Can you cast on to TV, or do you need an app for that?
You can cast on any Android device. When watching you're favorite programs there's a square with rounded corners and a 3 lines in it. You can see it when tapping on any RUclips video. Press on that in what ever app you're using to cat to your device.
@@Restrictted I know you can cast certain apps through WiFi. I'm talking about casting everything you do on your phone onto the TV.
You can cast certain apps through wifi to the tv. The app I use to cast my screen is Google Chrome Cast. But will need to buy a Google Chrome Cast to connect to the HDMI of the tv. Hope this helps :)

It does have a flashlight, you pull down the notifications bar, then slide it down again and it extends and has a bunch of things there, like the stereo surround button and airplane mode, battery saver, and flashlight too.

If you also press the box with all the Google apps like RUclips and Gmail and stuff you will see a option at the top right it's just a circle press it and you can change the background from white to any color you want to do that you just press on the multi color circle it will bring up a color bar and other varients you can use.
So is there a way that you can turn off developer mode when ur done so you dont accidentally change the way ur phone function later on? Thx

I bought the LG Stylo 6 cell phone today for nursing school. We use the Canvas app and I traded-In my older Samsung A40 though the phone was able to run Canvas pretty well but ones and while it would stall due to lack of memory and cheap software, does anyone know If the LG Stylo 6 was a good choice?

With the Google Assistant button when you turn it off it's not all the way off just when you tap it but you can hold it and then it will respond

Hi. My issue with my Stylo6 is when on a call, the caller can't hear me but I can hear them. It goes to the home screen and I have to tap, "back to call"for them to hear me.

How the heck do you clear the apps you have used. I'm having problems swipping to clear them. It won't swipe up and right like it is supposed to. It works occasionally. And sometimes it starts acting crazy when I attempt to swipe up and right. Or the google assistant pops up. Please help. I like to clear things so the aren't running in the background. Nevermind. I figured it out. Your finger can NOT leave the screen.
The Google Assistant button is not a real problem you have to hold it until you give you a complete question or response then let go
