Heidi, as always, your stitching is beautiful!! I really enjoyed your video. Looking forward for your next one. And yes you do enable me for possible future plans!!!! And thank you!!
Such beautiful stitching, Heidi!! Lol about the enabling section. As soon as I saw Mary Hill 1854, I knew I had to stitch it. I paused your video and bought all the items, subbing the Steinbeck fabric. Can't wait to get that started!! Happy Stitching! Lynn
Thank you so much for sharing your projects! If you get tired of changing pages for your project: I usually make a working copy and cut /paste motifs together. It might work for you!
Wonderful stitching Heidi! Here are a few seafaring names from books. Horatio Hornblower by CF Forrester. It's considered a classic with about 11 books in the series. The other is Captain Jack Aubery from the books by Patrick O'Brien in the Master & Commander series. A true life hero is Admiral Nelson who was in the Traflager. Hope this helps.
I am really interested about this book, another viewer recommended this series as well! and she said there is also tv series. Thank you so much for the recommendation!!!! 🥰
Great video it’s always so nice to catch up with you while I’m stitching. I love seeing your progress on your wips so many beautiful projects. Love your finishes. Have a wonderful weekend and happy stitching 😊🧵🪡🤗🤩
Thank you for your video. So much good stuff! Loved everything! My suggestion would be Captain Ahab from Moby Dick. Your WIPS are lovely and you got great progress on them. I look forward to seeing your new starts. Take care and happy stitching!
Heidi your work is beautiful, thanks for sharing. When I went through my WIPs most of them are inspired by you and today you enabled me some more. I have just started using hand dyed floss that I dyed myself, I would like to try fabric but I am scared to mess up on linen as it is costly. I always look forward to your videos have a great year
That Winter Quaker is Stunning, Heidi!! I am going to be stitching a sampler using Victoria Clayton Silks for the first time and I am looking forward to trying something new. I like your term Legacy stitching....that would make me want to stitch more on older pieces. I only have one that I am struggling with( All Creatures Great and Small) and I might try your method of dealing with those lingering stitches. Thanks for sharing and encouraging us!
Thank you so much! I think working on older stitchings little by little will help and once it's finished, we are gonna be glad we persevered and finished that big projet.😊
You mentioned being an eclectic stitcher. That’s why I enjoy your stitching so much. I love seeing all of your gorgeous projects. Nativity Row is so cute and your Winter Quaker is amazing. ❤
I love love your Winter Quaker (Rosewood Manor)! Beautiful! I am going to have to stop watching you because your projects tempt me too much to start or purchase another! (Just kidding : ) truly wonderful stitching, love your videos.
Oh Heidi!!!! I wish you were closer so I could stitch with you! You are an inspiration and I want to stitch as much as you do!! Beautiful projects! Thank you! XOXO Heidi
Heidi- all beautiful stuff as usual. You might want to check your Mill Leaves with the Sycamore. Looks like you stitched 'berch' instead of 'beech' . I'm with you about the starting. I want to but I need a good push to get going. Stay safe.
So happy to sit and watch another Heidi masterpiece video 🥰 Literally Heidi, never stitch when you come on because you show such goodness. Must tell you, every time I see your Eve by La-D-Da in the background am so stinking jealous lol. Keep trying to find her because I must have!!!! As with all of your stitches she is a beauty 😍 Hugs to you sweet lady - until your next flosstube 🤗🤗
Totally onboard with Noah and nativities😂😂 Hey “onboard with Noah” was an unintentional pun. I need to do that Bent Creek nativity- it’s around here somewhere 😅 Ooh your winter Quaker turned out beautiful👏👏 Back to watching 💕💕💕
As for ship captains, you'd be hard pressed to find a more important one to the U.S. than John Paul Jones, who is considered to be the father of the u. S. Navy. He was quite the colorful character and hero.
I have an idea for your ship captain question. The movie Sea Hawk came to mind for Hawk run hollow. You’ll need to check IMDB for the captains name but Errol Flynn stars.
Hi Heidi! Your projects are awesome! Congrats on all of your finishes! Winter Quaker is sooo pretty! I’ve started Spring Quaker and because I had heard you talk about how miserable it is to split the Valdani and use one strand, I’m using a WDW for the words. And it is wonderful. Your HATS samplers are all so pretty. I like that your plans include a project or two from each category of stitching. That’s a good way to keep variety in our stitching! Thanks for sharing!
I love it when you come back on. You have so many beautiful cross stitch pieces, that I enjoy seeing. You didn't disappoint. So many that I would love to do, too. What is the name of the one behind you on the mantle, in the middle? And can you still buy Camelot sampler? See you soon.
Thank you so much! The one in the middle is designed by Barbara Ana “Love Never Fails.” Yes, Camelot is still available as pdf ,I believe, from the designer and hard copies from secondary markets. I think only dragon designs are not available anymore. Happy stitching!!!
You might want to read the Horatio Hornblower stories by CS Forester. Interesting books, also a TV series. I am totally amazed at the amount of stitching you get done, I'm retired and stitch most days and still don't get done half of what you do. Marion from Toronto
What a fun video! Your stitching is wonderful to see. Thank you for sharing your talent. Can you please share with me where you found the Greek red sampler? I wasn’t able to locate it. Thank you.
Thank you! The pattern came from the red box around the world Nicola did last year for her b-day. I am not sure if the company is selling them separately or not.
Your Winter Quakers is beautiful! I have it ready to go but I love the idea of using a single strand of silk for the snowflakes - did you use a particular color?
Thank you so much! My valdani white was closer to ecru color so I used silks4u silk ecru, but honestly I think any silk ecru will work 😊 Happy Stitching!!!! 🧵
Beautiful stitching! Love watching your videos! ❤
I love the Winter Quaker. So big and beautiful. You are an awesome stitcher.

Fabulous stitching. Thank you.
The beech on your mill hill sycamore stitch shows “berch” instead of beech. ❤️

Heidi- all beautiful stuff as usual. You might want to check your Mill Leaves with the Sycamore. Looks like you stitched 'berch' instead of 'beech' . I'm with you about the starting. I want to but I need a good push to get going. Stay safe.
Yes, thank you, I noticed that right after I filmed it😂 This pattern has quite a bit mistakes I should have paid closer attention
