I love it! They are amazing and so fun to watch.
I think you could have put Suzuka onstage with Metallica back when they played in Moscow and she would have stolen the show. That girl has more confidence in her abilities than 99.99% people out there.
There are live videos. They can sing. They sound great in the live videos too. But their dance practice videos are the best.

Atarashii Gakko No Leaders (New School Leaders) was formed in 2015 by Asobisystem. Mizyu (the one with two ponytails) had already worked at Asobisystem as she was a back up dancer to Kyary Pamyu Pamyu and Rin, Kanon and Suzuka joined her. They do all their own choreography and also create dances for other groups so they have a mutual dance language that they can easily use to adapt and create dances for one off performances like "First Take"; here they actually cut out some of the more explicit "phallic" bits of the dance and introduced a mime of a flower opening with a surprised look.
Otona Blue (Adult Blues, blue is also associated with youth and immaturity in Japan) is about "teenage awakening" ie the awareness of desire in others and their own desire to grow up and experience adult emotions. AG wrote the lyrics themselves when they were younger and I think it's an honest expression of their feelings as they approached adulthood, which can make people uncomfortable. But AG never shy away from difficult subjects. If you listen to some of their earlier music you'll get to hear Rin and Mizyu take the lead in some songs, Mizyu sings a beautiful love song called "Amayo No Seppun". I think Suzuka has the strongest voice and biggest personality and she's the natural lead in concert situations, but in smaller and quieter performances all the members can shine as each one has a good voice. Suzuka and Mizyu tend to take the lead in interviews...Mizyu is the oldest and worked with KPP so I feeling she has some seniority because of that.
"Otona Blue" is a pun on "otona-buru," meaning to pretend to be grown-up.
