Well, it would require some real development. It ended somewhere in 2012. Better take your manager pleasing features and be happy. Now you can make screenshots of interferences!

I am an engineering student and I want to know if my vega integrated graphics card is enough to run this model with solidworks software, can it be run smoothly with just an integrated graphics?
As if! Not only does SW require a powerful graphics card (NB: NOT a gamer card, the requirements are almost the inverse), it is extremely fussy: even with the right card, there is sometimes only one version of the driver software which is certified as relatively bug free.
Though after BE if u want to go into design, u would need a laptop with atleast 4gb dedicated graphic card. Preferably 6gb or above And 16+ gb ram with ssd storage.
@@sv4647 hello sir, I want to know if laptop with i5 11300h processor and igpu is enough to run SOLIDWORKS with 2021 version, can it be run normally? (I hope it can be run smoothly)
@@fatihalhakim8295 If u just need to to use solidworks for college work/mini projects/final project. For a mechanical engineering student, it's good enough. Though if u want to particularly use it in jobs as a solidwork professional after BE, u should atleast buy a laptop with 4gb+ dedicated gpu, and a ryzen 5 4th, 5th gen or intel i5 11th gen cpu.
For SubD modeling in desktop SOLIDWORKS we have many customers using Power Surfacing. Find out more here...www.solidsolutions.co.uk/solidworks/partner-products/power-surfacing.aspx
What we really need is Multi Core CPU support for day to day modeling and assemblies.

For BE Mechanical engineering
Vega graphic card is good enough.
For learning and implementing the basics of solidworks, it will do
