Capcut, its free and gives you the ability to do a lot, also the visualizers bars can come from lots of websites and apps just export them to Capcut, hope this helps :)
@@Umarak44 I used Specter, made the bg a green a screen for the visualizer in Specter, then exported it, cropped it, and used the green screen effect to just get the visual bars in Capcut for the visualizer, but I am sure there are better ways to get visualizer bars.
