I have a website, Eonic Press, and I just have a Catalog page with my books - pictures and descriptions - with a link to Lulu for each title, or you can link directly to my Lulu store. You didn't mention that option.

What is your website?
I have a website that is established well. I would like to know please if you or someone could explain what selling through Direct on my website would entail? If I just set it up, does each order go directly to you with nothing I need to do? And if so, what would be the difference if I just linked my book to the Lulu bookstore? (besides knowing who purchased, collecting that information and white label packaging)
I guess I’m trying to figure out if it’s worth my time doing all of the coding or anything… Thank you so much! And I freaking love these videos! You’re the best!
Hi maryrosemedium950! Thank you for tuning in! Yes, once you are connected to Lulu Direct, orders placed on your website are sent to us to print and fulfill. As you mentioned, when you sell with Lulu Direct you collect customer data, can take advantage of white label packaging and you keep more revenue per sale.

Mu book right now is listed with Amazon will tthat creat a problem with Lulu Direct?
Hi @ericbrazau6533! Thank you for tuning in! If you plan to use our app for Shopify or our Print API, it won't be an issue because neither of those connect to Amazon. However, if you want to use our Woo integration, that does give you the option for Global Distribution, so having it linked to Global Distribution will create an additional product listing on Amazon.

Can you make a video on how to connect with squarespace? Any plans to integrate with soqaurespace?
Thank you for tuning in! At this time we do not have an integration with Squarespace. We plan on expanding Lulu Direct integrations to more platforms and Squarespace is one of the ones we are looking at, but we do not have an ETA when this would be worked on. We have a Print API, which can be integrated with Squarespace, but this is a custom solution that you would need to do yourself. I was wondering if I have global distribution but I feel like my price is too expensive can I change it on Lulu ? Or is it too late because I already made it into a big bookstore Which is awesome
Hi Coco! Adding an ISBN to your book will increase the minimum retail price to cover distribution costs. You can change the price but it cannot be below the minimum retail price which will be listed in the project in your Lulu account.
If I use a lulu ISBN does that mean i can't also try printing with KDP? How can I ensure flexibility to print with whom ever
Hi InbredRengade! Thank you for tuning in! If you use a Lulu ISBN, you can still publish with KDP, but you would need to use either an ISBN from them or buy your own to use on their platform. Lulu ISBNs cannot be used on other platforms.
Would you consider having the option for authors to sell their books from sites such as Etsy? (Such as POD sites like Printful/Printify do with their products.) I checked, and I see sites claiming it can be done, but I haven't seen this on Lulu. I would think it would be easier and safer if it was done through Lulu, and not these other sites.
Hi ChelSierra! Thank you for tuning in! We do not have an Etsy integration at this time, so any orders you receive for Lulu products through your Etsy shop will need to be manually fulfilled. To do this, simply enter the customer's shipping address in the Shipping Address fields during checkout on the Lulu.com website. Be sure to sign up for our email list at the bottom of our site to stay up to date with new integrations!
@@Luludotcom - Thank you for your reply. I hadn’t thought of that. I believe that is called Drop Shipping. I’ve seen videos on how to make money drop shipping, but never considered it as a possibility for selling own books. Interesting idea. Thanks.
Does Lulu direct integrate with WIX? I am not too "coding savvy" and its hard to trust a developer deep in my site for API. If Lulu direct does not integrate with WIX, do you have people on staff that could help integrate the API? I have a simple payment form on WIX that I want to connect to Lulu if possible.

We can certainly provide support, but we cannot integrate our API for you. How long does it take for the book to arrive to customers?
Hi Miss Culture! Thank you for tuning in! Our books are created via print-on-demand and typically take 3-6 business days to print and then additional time for shipping which will vary depending on what shipping method you choose.

I have a business website (working with animals). I have my books and Oracle card decks, which are animal-related, on my website. Is this good enough? :) Or do I need to have an additional author's website for books only? Same thing with IG and Facebook. Do I need an additional author's website on these platforms? Soooo much work marketing myself, plus the books.

If the content of your books is similar to the content on your business website, then selling your books there makes complete sense. If you are writing under a pen name or want to keep those personas separate, then creating a different website might be the way to go. Does lulu provide their ISBN number or should I have one ?
