Great update guys! I agree with Sean, the market is nice and steady at the moment. Maybe slowing down a bit on the high end properties where people have higher budgets, but it's actually quite busy on the lower and mid end of the spectrum. Definitely a great year! Any predictions for 2024? I think it's going to be even a stronger year for those of us, like Sean said "that are great on those 4 key things" :)) Good luck to those looking to buy property in Spain and a prosperous 2024 to all of us!
