    Where would you recommend I search for a reasonably priced villa with good public schools? Prices are beyond out of control and all I’m seeing is over 1 million for a stand alone home with pool

      Thanks for your comment. It very much depends on location, size, condition and views. If you are prepared to compromise on some or all of these, then the prices start to come down. What budget did you have in mind?

      @@CloudNineSpain I was thinking somewhere around the neighborhood of 450k-500k with at least 4 bedrooms with about 250 square meters and lot size of 1300 square meters. What do you recommend?

      @@SilverbugInc There´s always better value slightly further inland, places like Coin, Alhaurin, where you will get the plot size you are looking for.

    So with you on the hard work this year. An agent I spoke to yesterday who used to work for an agency (I hadn’t heard of) but is now independent DIDN’T KNOW SALES HAVE TO GO THROUGH NOTARY!!! They were expecting to send transfer to vendor and collect keys from us directly 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

    I'd like to ask about the Golden Visa please in regards to family living with me. If I bought a property over £500,000 then I am aware that I could apply for the Golden Visa, but can I include my two adult child be considered for visas too, if both of them were joint owners with me on the property? I enjoy watching your RUclips videos, I find them very informative, you seem to be knowledgeable and have good ethics.

      Hi Karen - thanks for the message, and I´m so pleased you´re enjoying our videos. Always good to know! To include any children on the Golden Visa, they need to be financially dependent on you, so either under 16 or you need to prove they are students etc. Any children who are financially independent can´t be included. Also, the investment of €500k needs to be in one owner´s name. e.g. if a couple bought a property together but owned it 50/50, they wouldn´t qualify for a Golden Visa. If one person in the couple owns it 100%, then the spouse can be added to the visa. Hope this makes sense! Best regards, Sean

      Hey guys, perhaps this can assist myself and someone else. Does a mortgage of 500,000 count as a purchase for golden visa and or does the visa only account for cash funds ?

      @@Weallneedfunz Hi - the amount of €500k needs to be a cash investment. You can purchase a property at say €1m, but there must be at least €500k unencumbered. Hope this helps! Best regards, Sean
