Hey my friend, I just love these, I have not had them in years, you are a very good cook, they look so good and Sweet Baby Ray is my favoorite, so good!!! 😄😄🥰🥰
My only criticism is that she never says how long it takes to cook. It's not enough to simply say cook it until the meat is tender. She should give an approximation.
I could give approximate time, but it doesn't mean that it will be correct. Everyone stove cooks differently. If I say cook until tender, that's pretty easy to accomplish. Just check the meat every 20 to 30 minutes with a fork until it tender, and if it's tender, cook for about twenty more minutes to cook down the liquids on it, and then it's done. But if theirs any of my videos that you have questions about, just leave a comment, I will help you as much as I can. I check my comments twice every day.
You didn't give us no type of measurements you didn't give us how long to cook them and on what temperature to cook them as far as low medium high you just showed us what you did if you show us that it'd be a pretty good video.
Okay; Denise when cooking on the stovetop the best temperature is always medium. As far as the barbecue sauce use half sauce to a half cup of vinegar, and the rest is water, and seasoned salt, accent, pepper and any other type of seasoning you like to use. The time I cannot predict because everyone stove cooks different so therefore the best way to check for doneness is to use a fork and check for tenderness.
Those look amazing. I usually fully cook mine on top of the stove, place on a baking sheet and add bbq sauce. Put in oven on 400 until sauce is sticky. Your recipe seems so much easier. Love the way the sauce cooks in the cooking liquid. I'm definitely going to try these next time. I tried cooking them in the oven yesterday for the first time. They were fantastic. Thank you for sharing
That looks so good and love your accent !!!
Thank you so much, Jess!

Add it from the start along with the seasoning.
At the beginning
Where is your cut up onion celery bay leaves I am old school vinegar hot sauce
Onions, celery, and bay leaves are out of the question for me, never using that.
Tryouts your BBQ pig feet and they came out great 😊
Thank You so much for trying the recipe. I'm glad you liked it.
Love your videos but I Always do a first boil before adding seasoning to get that scum out
I just wash them really good, and that's good enough for me.
It would help if you give us a time estimate on your cooking so we could know how much time we would need. Otherwise love the out come of the food. 😋
About two hours, but always check for tenderness that will also determine the doneness of all meat.
