as an iPhone user the maths calculator was Meh as I am never going to use it to do anything they were showing. And Siri is 13 years old and finally it works and it was totally useless before but I will have to test it out just to make it still doesn't just send you to a website when you ask a question. Personally for me it just seemed that Apple had hired some Google employees to be honest. The changing the colour of the icons looks ugly. I will big up Google on this one they managed to do a lot of this on less powerful hardware and managed to make a lot of this on device

You start with a lock screen for at a glance notifications, then your widgets acting as a dashboard and then the apps you use frequently is on the main screen, then the less used apps neatly tucked away ,which apple still must do,surely abilty to move icons everywhere is good, but its just skittles all over your screen

2:59 it's not the same feature. Ios is allowing you lock your apps on the os level normally you need a third-party app for that like app locker (depending on the app like WhatsApp can be locked) . Secure folder/space is something totally different.

    • @rynnerrichbacas119

A lot of android manufacturers is able to do this for years already. Before moving to pixel just a month ago my older phone can lock and hide every single app I want no third party needed. I can have a specific pin for each of them and a screen gesture only I know so the hidden app vault will show. It's so optimized that I can have separate sound volume for every single app in the phone like my IG is 0% volume Chrome is at 20% FB at 30% without affecting the volume of notifications alarms etc. What I'm trying to say is that android Manufacturers already have all these features along time ago that even Pixel phones have only adopted them in recent years. Scheduled messaging is something I have been enjoying for almost a decade now. The list goes on.

Unfortunately despite Android having features first, they never get polished or have follow through. In my experience Android widgets are poorly designed and typically have too small font. Could be developers fault but also Google should crack down on these poor quality devs or suggest things in their APKs. Devs can be super low class with zero sense of style or consistency, that is where the OS maker needs to step in.

Apple still the king in implementation. If you can do it better than the competitor, means the original is slacking. Ios 18 really made me angry with android. Android updates doesnt have the wow factor anymore. Theres no more effort to polish the user experience on android. Theres so many things android needs to polish up, to make users excited and its now falling behind. What a sad day. Im almost sold by apple today - just a little more copying of android features and the right features, i might go back to ios.

It’s unbelievable how much Apple pushes gay and interracial stuff. Quite a put off. I’m sure even gay people cringe when they see it.

Andriod users: 🗣️ iPhone is boring, iOS is not customarizable, it doesn’t have feature 1, 2, and 3
Apple: *makes iOS customizable and adds feature 1, 2, and 3.
Andriod users: 🗣️ Android has had these features for years, and apple call them new features? Welcome to 2013, iPhone users🗣️🗣️
I have never seen a group of people who are so obsessed and concerned about a product they claim they don’t like. Android users need help🧠

Imagine calling iOS 18 the "android" update simply because it included a couple of extremely basic features from 2008 🤣🤣🤣🤦‍♂️
