I have those exact same saw horses. Made a frame like that as well for cutting with tracksaw. I made one about that size but also made one that was about three times longer takes two men to set up had to put folding support legs underneath the middle. Saw horses like this are sliced bread of wood working.
Totally agree. Fantastic bit of kit and well worth the money. I ordered two from Amazon but received three due to their mistake...I'll happily keep the third but I guess I'll have to send it back :-)
Just got these for our homesteading carpentry projects. We use 4'x8' panelized construction to build things, so we have a panel fabrication jig that uses lots of metal brackets to hold pre-cut pieces of 2x4, 2x6 or 2x8 for precise assembly into wall, floor, and ceiling panels. We'll want our assembly jig to rest firmly on our ToughBuilts so we can use wood clamps to hold pieces tightly together while construction screws or nails are driven in. Your table frame is giving me some great ideas, and I'll soon be building one for our own use. Thanks! I'll also be building a specialized table top for a sliding miter saw, and probably something for roof panel assembly.
Thanks Erik. The stands are being used every week and at the moment they have been set up outside for a few weeks now. I really do feel these are a must for my business and have purchased a third now just to help support long lengths of timber. If you buy these, make a frame like I have and you've then got a 8' x 4' sturdy site table.
It will, there is a bracket in each jaw that can be dropped, this will make the 2x4 higher than the top of the saw horse so that you can saw without cutting into the metalwork of the horse. Retract the brackets and everything sits flush.
No fluff, no loud music, no advertisements, this is cool.
That's waaaay too much messing about, Jesus you were out of breath!

love the guy in the window...
Give him a call ...
Great setup
I have a set, and love them. Take up little room when not in use. Very sturdy. Weakest part is the plastic handle that doesn't like to retract.
I buy 4 me mum

I know him from somewhere. Can't put my finger on it. I'm sure it will come to me
Well if you watched this video twice, like me. Then you'll know why he looks so familiar 😂😂😂😂😂
great job so tired of unboxing looking for someone using it. thanks I was thinking the same thing and making a premade drop for a miter box
Guy in window.. "ok just act like I don't see him".
It's his wife. Who's wondering, what is he up to now. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Great video, how have these been holding up?

Builds for 3:40 mins to cut one 2x4 lol
Paid by the hour... LOL
Actually, they have brackets on the side to lay lengths of wood like 2x4's on. So you can cut with only 1 stand set up if required :)
U Dik face..
It looks like the extended width will not accept a 2x4 level with the top.
