Switched from a Freightliner to a Volvo VNL 860 and love it. It's really nice. Adjusted to space with the with the space under the bunk, well, I fit quite well... stay safe out there!

I think the truck in the video is a VNL 760 so it's a bit smaller than the 860

Less is better sometimes and plus you can always get organizer storages for anything that doesn't fit in the compartments. Drop your upper bunk and use it for storage. You'll really like that Volvo over the Freightliner. I wouldn't change, especially getting a new truck. When your empty, you might want to slide your fifth wheel up the ride will even be better.

Volvos ride nice but I could never get used to the controls, everything just seems like it's in the wrong place. Also, I prefer a manual transmission but when it comes to automatics, the Detroit DT12 is by far the best on the market.

It's all about adjusting to the environment of the truck, I went from a 2019 Freightliner Glider to a 2023 Kenworth T680,spacewise I had to adjust, but after I figured how I wanted things inside the Kenworth I started to like it more.
