Look at stool provides great information to help figure out what's going on further up in the GI Tract! One tool to use when piecing together the puzzle. We also use symptom questionnaires at our clinic, and we track outcomes using these since by improving gut health, often all over health improves (i.e. other autoimmune symptoms like headaches, joint aches/pains, etc.)!
I've always had and have trouble losing weight and my poop always floats with the exception of "lactose intolerant rants" that overcomes me. 🥴😪😂 This video's floating/sinking portion made a lightbulb go off in my brain! I have incorporated different supplements in my daily routine, as well as begun a Keto-type lifestyle and fasting for 10-12 hours for about 3 months now and my poop has been sinking with very few floaters, but today they all sunk, bringing me to this video. I'm losing weight and feel great! I was honestly worried as to why. Thanks for the clarification!
Pooping and one's poop is the single most important things to "suggest one's health or disease". I go too much...and can't hold my bowels very well. Not well....at all. A problem in society,...dating, eating, working, etc.
So. If one's poop is like pellets it probably means that one is not getting enough water or soluble fibre. Not that I might be a rabbit or deer. I am relieved. I mean one. One is relieved. ahem.

Sometimes it may take a day or two for those beets to move through. So don’t freak out if you see red or pink poop a couple days after you eat beets!
